    Silicon Power ************ staff is very tricky and scammers, they received my request of refund did not reply but wait until just on the 30th day and said "our policy is the purchace over 30 days can not be refunded". Then customer service woman asked for my receipt and photos, then no reply again. I called its customer service phone number, a Chinese accent man said "go ask money from Amazon not me" and cut my call. I checked onilne, the ** company executive team is all hiding, you cannot find their names, or contact numbers, they are hiding and make buyers difficult to reach a person, their customer service has no a human's name, just "CS team"! They are all avoiding taking responsibility or in-person contact with buyers. Silicon Power is a liars and scammers group, is a very toxic group, they behave rude and stealing money then run. Don't buy anything from this company. 2 months past, I received 2 emails and have not get my money back .
