    I paid $109.99 for a prescription on 11/29 that was unable to be fulfilled and cancelled by prescribing doctor on Push Health and again on 12/4 paid another $109.99 for another prescription that also was not able to be fulfilled and was cancelled by the prescribing doctor. I have reached out multiple times via telephone with no answer, left several voicemails requesting refunds. I have also emailed them requesting the refunds on the cancelled orders and no one will get back to me. They owe me $219.98.

    Only one refund has been received from the company so far. They still owe me one more refund for the second cancelled prescription as of 12/9.

    I don't have medical coverage I got sick and lost my job so lost my benefits as well so I reached out to push health to a doctor that's helped my family and I before I asked her if she knew how to fill out some paperwork I need to get the assistance I needed she claimed she did so the first document was fine I submitted it the second one she kept putting the wrong dates I was trying to get my insurance back before 12/25/22 because I was supposed to be having surgery with the insurance I had before I lost my job so she kept putting the wrong dates so I told her that next thing I know I'm getting an email saying I can't help you and I'm dismissing you from my practice with no explanation I'm fighting a lot of illnesses right now NEVER once was I RUDE nor DISRESPECTFUL in any manor I can't say the same for her any way I already submitted the document mind you this is a GOVERNMENT so now I'm looking like I did something wrong or I wasn't being truthful because she backed out on me I feel ABANDONED especially during the worst time ever this is horrible to do to someone I even reached out to Push Health ask to speak to a supervisor NEVER was CONTACTED!!

    I paid ***** for the providers consultation and prescription. My prescription was not filled due to my insurance wanting a specific diagnosis code. The pharmacy sent several requests to the provider which she ignored. I sent her messages on the platform, also ignored. The company doesn't tell you who your provider is until you pay the fee. Only then can you read any information your provider requires. For example the provider I was assigned to states that prior authorizations are a separate fee. Again, none of this is disclosed up front. You can't even contact the company on the platform, there is no option for customer service. This company or specific provider is a complete scam and must be stopped.

    On 11/28/22 I contacted Push Health for antibiotics. I knew I had a sinus infection and possibly into my lungs. I paid the fee of ***** (luckily I used PayPal) I was also asked for a copy of my Driver's license, which I provided. 2 prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. The next morning, the pharmacist called me and told me the prescriptions were fictitious and they could not be filled. I filed a dispute with PayPal. I just want everyone to know they are scam artists

    I was charged once of $33 to connect me to a Dr that "filled my prescription" and then got a notice that the pharmacy could not find the medication and too try another. Then they caged my another $70 to send to the new pharmacy (even thought they are related) I was not altered that I would pay twice. The Doctor messaging they give you NEVER get returned, nor the emails sent to their help line, or phone massages! Also, the dosage of medication they did send to the 1 pharmacy has a long term back order and there is no knowing when it will be avaialbe. IT IS A SCAM! Shame on them of taking $100+ from me :-( Days of messages and still no response.

    paid over $100 and Im told now I have to call my insurance company and see if they will give me another pre authorization. they first ask for $69.95. Then they ask for another $32 for authorization. then they email and say they can't do it. It's a scam.

    I had my original appointment two weeks ago with ************* $65. After I had fixed an issue with my name, she kept telling me that the prescription was sent over, she talked to the pharmacy, etc. For two weeks, I called my pharmacy every day and they said they had nothing and had not spoke to anyone. Now today, Push Health is saying that the issue is that I have not paid for the prescription in my portal, which was my first time hearing anything about that after they gave me the run around for 2 weeks. And if I have to pay first, then why have they been telling me the prescription was sent in and that they've been in contact with my pharmacy almost every day? And now, they won't give me a refund. This company is a scam.
