      I worked at Idea electronics from November 2022- Jan 16 2024. When I went through the interview process, I let the owner ******************* aware that I have a service animal and would need to bring in the animal into the office while I am working. He made a comment that the other guy brings in his dog sometimes. The other guy is *************************. After working there for one year, I was having issues with my disabilities, especially since the other ecommerce ********************* customer service representive masterbated all day, and there are cameras watching us, and nothing was ever done about this is. ******** also was outside of his rights by wanting me to sign paperwork that said I would pay maintenance fee and any animal damage that was caused by my service animal in the office. Finally after i had provided all the proper documents. I received a laid off letter. Also with my payroll, I was never able to see how many hours I was being paid for, regardless of continuing to ask for verification of my payroll time.

      I purchased a 2 pack jump starter made by this company on HSN. I wish I had never bought the item in the first place because when I needed to use the jump starter for my dead car battery, it would not work. It did absolutely nothing to start the car, so my dad had to use a traditional jump starter cable, which worked right away. Unfortunately, by this time, the return period had already passed and I was told by HSN to contact the company to see if anything could be done. The lady I spoke with seemed snobby and very uninterested. When I told her that absolutely nothing happened when I used the jump starter on my car, she said that nothing is supposed to happen. What??!? What do you mean nothing is supposed to happen??? I was at a complete loss for words. I explained again that the jump starter did not start up my dead car battery and she asked me if I did everything correctly. I told her that I followed all the instructions, but the device does not work. I also explained that the HSN return period had passed and she told me to send the item back for a replacement. I was hesitant because I was afraid of receiving another defective jump starter, but she told me that I would receive a full refund if that happens. When I asked about shipping, she told me that I am responsible for the shipping charge. Why should I have to pay shipping for a defective product?? I explained that I never once touched the jumper cables sense receiving them and that this was the first time I used them. She did not listen. Now I have no option but to return the jump starter and cover the shipping cost. I really should not even bother returning the item at this point. Is it really that hard to cover the shipping cost, especially since I had nothing to do with the jump starter not working?

      On November 28, 2022 I purchased a theatre sound system, IDEAPLAY Soundbars for TV 35 Inch 5.1 Wireless Home Theater Subwoofer and Surround Sound with Bluetooth 5.0, Home Audio with Optical AUX USB Connection for Smart TVs, PC, as a gift. When it was set up, the right speaker did not work. after trying several rca cables, still no sound. I emailed them, after proving when and where I purchased it, they finally sent a speaker, but it was not the one I requested, so it did not solve the problem. I sent off an email, even before I tried it, and after I tried it. They did not respond. I have called, and spoke with a rep, she sent an email that I was CCed on, to the original contact, stating that I would like a replacement, and that if I was sent packaging and prepaid labels, I would return the speaker that they sent to me incorrectly, still no response. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company, as I found this on Amazon, and Amazon has been of little help. I wasted my money, and I have wasted hours trying to remedy this problem, when all it would take is to send me the correct speaker. I am convinced, that they are waiting until the 1/31/23 deadline passes so they will have no obligation to make it right.
