      I purchased a * bike from a company called shop HQ, which is third-party the * bike is made through *************. It has a one-year warranty for the manufacture company which is Idea Play. *** purchased additional insurance, but it does not cover until after one year. Ive tried to reach Idea Play because the bike stopped working and I explained that its under a one-year warranty I was told at first by an employee that I purchased it from someone else I explained to them that Ive spoken to someone through the Support team when the bike was first purchase and it should be covered well Ive tried to reach out since November. Ive gotten a phone call and was told I would get a call back. I didnt receive a call back. I continue to send more emails. I finally got an email in response of them requesting proof of purchase which was sent out back in April so I sent them more proof of purchase and I explained to the parts that was broken so out of my own pocket we purchased items thinking that we can fix the bike is not being fixed. I explained to her that we ordered a new kit from ****** and the person explained to me that let them know the parts is needed. They will get back to me. I sent them the information over. I had an email back telling me theres a lot wrong with the bike and I said that we can send a Bike back entirely. I have not received the email back. I wont receive phone calls back and its been over a week from the last conversation thats my child only means of transportation and now we have lost the money were being ignored and I feel like Im doing something wrong for reaching out for something that they are responsible for. Now they wont answer my calls and I sent an email explaining to them that I will reach out to the Better Business Bureau and the other outlets. To make it known how they are treating their customers for something they are responsible for

      Bought an Electric bike and it was never delivered at all. Fed ex coildnt find delivery. Idea electronics made a fake tracking number. They room the money and will not answer phone calls or emails. They sell on a sugte call ********** donut buy anyhing from there its a complete scam.

      I purchased the IDEAPLAY P10 electric bike from FRYS THE WIRING IS MESSED UP IT BROKE AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT

      Bought scooter from Dunham’s store. Used maybe about 3-4 times. Suddenly will not charge. Paid almost 400$. No good contacts to reach the company for warranty questions would love money back or new product .
