    I ordered a grill along with several accessories. One of those accessories was a rotisserie. When I received the grill, I realized the rotisorrie would not fit my grill. I found out that there were 2 different sizes but ordered the wrong one. I contacted ********* and requested a return. As per email attachment I have contacted them several times and have not received a return authorization. I want a refund for the item.

    On October 28th, 2024, I placed an order with BBQGrills.com for a $249.00 grill. Their advertisement for the grill stated that it would ship within 48 hours. I called seven days later and they could not give me any details on when it would ship or how long it would take. Since I was staying at a campground with my RV and would be leaving soon, I canceled my order since it would not arrive in time.I gave the company a full month to refund my money. When I didn't hear anything by December 4th, 2024, I started calling. I spoke with different people each time who promised to call me back, take it up with accounting immediately, send it to the supervisors desk and most recently, I have contacted the Owner and will have this resolved immediately. My last call was made on December 30th.

    On November 22, 2024 I purchased a grill and accessories from BBQGRILLS.COM. On 12/12/24 I inquired about the item because it still hadn't shipped and was well past the 5-7 day shipping window they had promised. I called them four times that day and was placed on hold for three of the calls. On one of the calls the lady forwarded me to the CEO's number and I left message for him, but never heard back.On 12/12/24 I sent an email asking that the order be canceled and refunded. I received an email back from ***** ******* stating that she had canceled the order and that it would be refunded in 3-5 business days.On 12/18/24 I called again to see if there had been any progress with the cancelation. The lady I spoke to said it hadn't been canceled and then she checked again and said it had but didn't know why it wasn't refunded. She said she would follow up with accounting and let me know. I never heard back from her.On 12/19/24 I sent another email to ***** checking on the status of the refund but I never got a ******** is not 12/23/24 and the company still hasn't refunded my money. I don't know if this a scam website or not. But apparently this is a common problem with the business. Any help would be appreciated. Attached are screenshots of my phone logs and emails.     On September-******* I placed the order as shown on the attached receipt. All items were listed as "In stock and ready to ship" . ***** shipped later than promised, but it was shipped. Remainder of order did not ship, and after repeated phone calls and emails, they have yet to supply a firm ship date for the remainder of the order.

    Made a purchase on Nov 15, 2024. Never received item and when I decided to cancel and get refund for length of time that passed, merchant said they would process the cancellation request and issue refund. That never happened. Now its December 20, *********************************************** refund. I havent gotten return calls or emails. Made many attempts to contact and resolve issues but seems like I am being dodged. I havent gotten return two separate email chains that stop being responded to at a certain point and call log if needed

    We placed an order for barbecue appliances on Aug 28, 2024. The items were in stock and ready to ship. We had not received them and called for a status on September 16, 2024. We were told they would ship on September 17. We called again on September 24 because the items still hadnt shipped. We cancelled the order that day and ordered from another vendor. On October 1, they shipped a part of the order that was cancelled. They provided return shipping on October 30, 2024. They received the appliances on November 6. On November 18, 2024, they told us we would be getting the refund in 5-7 business days. We have still not received the refund. We have reached out multiple times by phone and email and have been told the accounting department is swamped. The owner of the company does not return phone calls or respond to emails.

    I am filing a formal complaint against ********** regarding a purchase and subsequent failure to refund for an undelivered product. On September 25th, 2024, I purchased a gas grill for $1,979.10 and an ice maker for $2,979.99. While the gas grill was delivered, the ice maker was never received.After numerous attempts to resolve the matter and receive the ice maker, I canceled the order on October 31. ********** assured me they would issue a refund for the ice maker within 10 business days. However, more than 20 days have passed, and I have yet to receive the ********* make matters worse, ********** has ceased responding to my emails and appears to be ignoring my attempts to resolve this issue. This lack of communication and failure to honor their commitments has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.I am seeking the Better Business Bureau's assistance to compel BBQ Grills to fulfill their promise and issue the refund for the undelivered ice maker. I am prepared to provide all supporting documentation, including purchase receipts and correspondence, if needed.Thank you for your time and assistance.
