    This place is absolutely horrible. You spend hours upon hours on the phone with customer service when their equipment is faulty. No one ever answers the phone. There are so many other companies out there that will be better than this place. Dont even give this place the time of day.

    Horrible customer service!!!I have had my ******************** in my car since March 2022. I have called on multiple occasions to try and schedule an appointment change and have NEVER been able to get a hold of anybody on the phone or via email. They do not respond ever!! Today was the worst because my car would not start (I have a push start car) and before I could blow for the initial test I received an abort message on the device. After multiple attempts I received a message that my car would be locked out. It's 111 degrees out and I can't start my car, I'm stranded and nobody is answering the phone or email!! Every single phone number to their service centers goes directly back to the main customer service line where you only have one option to wait hours and hours on hold to speak to someone and then the call gets dropped and even if you enter the option to have someone call you back, nobody ever calls back! Avoid this company if you are looking for and IID for your car in AZ!!

    Stay away from working for this place! Higher *** and management ****. They make you do more than what is in your line of work without any compensation and when you refuse to do it they write you up for being insubordinate. They refuse to let you take your PTO and wont pay you out any remaining PTO you may have when leaving the job! Im surprised this place is still in business with how they treat their customers and their employees!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
