    Date of issue: 9/2 to current ************ (not this location specifically) has no contact person. It is an ignition interlock company. My car has an interlock in it and needed emergency work. I was instructed upon contract signing (8/2023) that I would be provided a bypass code in the event a mechanic would need to work on my car. I am the owner of the car, not the person required to have the interlock, so it was important for me to have this reassurance. My car has been in the shop for 4 days without a code provided. Protocol was followed and a code request form was completed online on QuickStarts website per their directions. Myself, my friend, and the mechanic have been on hold for over two hours the past 4 days, with no answer before the call just disconnects. The hold music simply plays endlessly. When selecting QuickStart, I was assured that Id have access to help if I ever required it. That promise has gone unfulfilled and I am now without a car entirely. Someone, please address the unanswered calls. Is there a new number that hasnt been updated on the website?Im being charged a storage fee for every day they do not provide a code! The ************ number and all other numbers on the website are never answered. I have honored my part of the contract with payment. A credit to my service charges is requested, as their portion of the contract has not been honored.

    I was charged a reporting fee promised they would be informing the courts of my business with them. This did not happen and they will not return my calls or email to get documentation for the court. I am requesting to be contacted by them

    On January 7th early in the morning My devise was locked out of nowhere I couldn't get to work that day and had to get a ride When i attempted to call the business to see what is going on, they let me know that i will need to go into the store and get it reset (with an additional fee of course) and in order to get there they will call me 45 mins before the appointment time to give me a temporary code to turn the car on First, they didn't call until 20 mins have passed, gave me the code and by the time i got there, 4 mins late to the appointment the store was closed.I tried to knock on the door and no one was there and i tried to get a hold of someone through the phone and was kept on hold for an hour total Still no one helped me and i ended up being starnded on the road, late to work and have no idea what to do
