    Originally had an appointment 2 weeks ago. They were over 2 hours late and weren't able to do anything that day. Reset appointment to today at 9am. It's now 1:15pm and no call no answer no customer service at all. ****************

    Beware using this company! They are dishonest! Specifically *************************, the representative that came out for an inspection and told us that we had roof rats. That was very disturbing to us and very worrisome. He quoted us $8200 for an attic restoration. We want to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and signed for the work. Luckily to quote didnt specify the right type of insulation to put back and we backed out. They didnt even do the type of insulation we had. We got inspections from two other companies and guess what? We have no signs of feces, urine, knawing or rodents. A very dishonest company!

    Such a scam. I've never used them before and received an unpaid invoice. I then asked for proof, but never received anything in the mail, and they sent it to collections. Apparently, my old pest control company was sold to them. I never received any form of communication about the acquisition or any proof that I had an outstanding invoice. I do not recommend using this company.

    This company is the worst. I will never, ever use them. They notify you out of nowhere about unpaid invoices when you never received one. They are not, in my opinion, reputable.

    Used them for three years. Thought they were a reputable company however just learned the hard way that they do not honor their 30 day guarantee after a conversation with **** at their office. Will not be using them moving forward.
