      The worst customer service I have ever delt with. I have just spoken to someone on the phone that has called me a *****, a ****, and told me that he hopes I rot in ****.I find it no surprise that every review below mine is a single star review.This company does not deserve to be in business.

      One of the worst places youd ever want to contact about any problems. Refuse to refund my deposit because their equipment has depreciated since Ive been a customer so long! Over 5 years of terrible service and when youve finally had enough they get you one more time with your deposit.

      *** tried calling , filing a ticket and text. No one will respond.This company is not worth your troubles . Would not recommend To Anyone . I dont understand why there letting this company Rip people off . This is a scam company

      Service started iffy and then went down hill from there. I did not have options at the time of taking service so I went ahead and tried out what they had. It took a bit to get the service but I just ignored and tried to blame it on supply chain shortages. Once I received it I was getting about 3.5 download and 1 up. I put a ticket in and was told I needed a external antenna. I ordered the antenna and it did not help. I put in another ticket and was told it should work. Still no changes. Things continued to get worse. Service slowed down to below 2 download. Then the ATT swap over happened and they were very far behind but still blamed ATT for the issue in a 2 minute rant on their call in info and as well as several paragraphs on their site. The belittling of customer service is amazing. They give you a huge spill about how you will not treat their employees with disrespect but treat the customer like crap. If you complain they threaten to cut off your service. They know they have you because you would not have this terrible service if you had another option. I just toughed it out until I finally got an option to drop them. I got all my equipment together and sent it in. I did the cancellation ticket and in the reason why I stated that I had not received good service and was tired of being spoken to rudely and having to listen to the recording of the “rules” when trying to get help. The first response was what I expected stating the process to follow and then they made another comment continued to try to belittle me. If you can avoid this service you should. You are better off just getting a hotspot from a cell provider than this. This would not be bad if not for the terrible customer service. If Sardistel can somehow realize the work for the customer instead of the customer work for them then it would be a start. If you end up going with them too you better read the fine print. They will call you out on it every time.
