      This is by the worst Internet provider besides ****************. My net has been down all day and they don't have a phones number to talk to anyone. The only number they have when you call tells you to go to the website.and I been waiting 7 hours for any kind of reply. I think I'll be checking into starlink real soon. These people are running a scam pay a month and if you lose service they don't give you any discount. Save you mind and skip this non existent customer service company.

      Worst customer service and they lie about refunding if you cancel due to no service in your area!!! I cancelled within 30 days, sent equipment back, followed all the rules they set forth and still 7 weeks later NO REFUND!! Dont use Sardistel internet

      If I could rate lower than 1, I would. Absolute worse customer service ever! Can't talk with a person, can only leave ticket online. If you ask questions, your ticket goes to the back of the line "Tickets are answered based on oldest 1st". If you ask for status, your date is reset to last communication date. Was down for an entire month Feb 12-Mar 12. Still have not received a credit. They sent a TMobile SIM card and I do not have TMobile 5G available where I live. Then they finally sent another **** SIM. still took 2 weeks to activate. If I had a choice of other providers where I live, I would definitely change. Since this is effectively a monopoly, it needs to be monitored by some agency. Absolutely, would NOT recommend to anyone. In addition to horrible customer service, there are regula r outages requiring a Ticket submitted to get service restored. Also, they have added a $4.40 card processing fee to the $137 monthly charge for 5G service at ***** Mbps best day.

      When it's working. Ill say that again, when it's working. It's great especially for my area. That's where the problem begins. They know we have no better options and it shows. When it is not working you may as well give up if your expecting prompt and reliable customer service. It can take days to get a response through the online portal that is advertised as 24/7 support. There phones will only get you a recording. If you want to see how sketchy this company is look no further than the physical address. That has no signs, branding or visible staff outside of a callbox. If they were not the only option we had I would have dropped them years ago.

      DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. After weeks of no service and no help though their ticket support service. I canceled. I was billed for the month and only had 3 days of service when the service went down. I was told I would get a refund in 30 days for the time they received their equipment. I have not got a refund and do not expect to get one. Read the other reviews, I have experienced most of what they are saying. The only way to contact them is through a ticket. They closed my account and I have no way to reach them. They will not take phone calls. I'm out $99.00.

      Zero stars. After transferring service to alternative broadband solutions *** they began disconnecting modems, and sending out replacement SIM cards. However, I have not received my SIM card in two weeks. I was back and forth through ticket submission with the eventual resolution being they are having a SIM card shortage and please be patient. Its very obvious this was a project management oversight and SIM cards should have been mailed out periodically in workable volumes to prevent this exact issue. At this point, it is now faster to cancel service and use a new internet service provider. These are not professionals. Use professionals instead.

      This company is the ABSOLUTE worst company I've ever delt with.their arrogance far exceeds their intelligence!.when they shut your internet down for what ever reason they do not send you a message beforehand letting you know. Mine is off now for 2 days .they say they are sending out new Sim cards to everyone and we should have them in a few days. We also run our businesses from home. Very unprofessional!. Last time we were out of service for nearly 4 weeks waiting on them to send out new modems. Never again!!

      Stay away from this company. I ordered services and paid over $300 up front, and its been 6 weeks and I still have not received my hardware to set up the internet. The company is only open for calls 3 days a week and hold times are well over an hour. I have contacted them 10x and each time have been told a different delivery time frame none of which has happened. Sadly in rural areas there are few options for Wi-Fi and I think Sardis understands this and has no motivation to operate with any semblance of a decent company.

      I have been with this company for over one year. I had a internet outage in November 2022-they responded within 3 days to my support ticket, mailed me a new SIM card and I received following one week. In March 2023, I had another outage, I submitted a ticket online as this is the only way to let them know you have an outage, they responded the following day with the option to repair my modem or upgrade to the 5G modem. They did not give a time frame for either so I opted to go with upgrading to the 5G modem as I figured this would be a quicker turnaround. After one month of not receiving the modem and customer service stating there has been a delay with them receiving the modems, I decided to cancel my service. I paid them $125 for the 5G modem. I've been asking for a refund since April 4th, have sent 4 ticket responses to them since this date and still have not received a reply about my refund. I've tried calling, was on hold for 2 hours and was disconnected twice. The worst customer service experience I have experienced with a company. Not to mention they are fraudulent.

      Attempted to get customer support on 04/08/2023 but the Support Tech through online portal was rude and a smart mouth. I stated my issues in detail and what I had tried. Even stated I had a booster but I had also turned the booster off to see if issue would change. The Technician was hung up on my booster being the problem. Then said I need to provide all the information from a link that I was sent. The only thing I had already not provided from the initial inquiry was pictures. There are STARS we can rate the service received at for each interaction and I have 1 star twice when this Technician smarted off and said You can stop with the one starts just because I dont like the answer given. I replied with another one star and stated it was for them being a smart mouth but also asked why they hadnt provided any guidance this far. The Technician then canceled my account but continued with egregious replies and taunting. I did tell this tech that their attempt or what they call support is PATHETIC!
