Firstly, every transaction I make now they take 1 cent off (if you try to make a trade for, say, $200, you will only receive $199.99). Then, my last trade made with them before shutting down my account, I was supposed to have $114.18 CAD in my account, they made 3 trades to purchase tokens which only totalled $113.61.
They are already taking fractions of tokens as payment, plus the kicker is their fees for depositing CAD into the trading account. Something is wrong with their system, and it would reject my first attempt at e-transfer from my CDN bank, so I would have to pay another fee at my bank to do another e-transfer and they (BitBuy) would charge me both times for the e-transfer. In other words, 3 times now, they have charged me their transaction fee of $14.78 for both the rejected e-transfer and the one that subsequently went through.
Meaning I paid $88.68 in transaction fees for 3 transactions, but should have only paid $44.34.
They refuse to refund me for the transaction fees on the rejected e-transfers.
You wouldn't believe the email exchange with them. I have the print out of all of the transactions and yet, they first tell me it's because my 'answer' was wrong in the transfer and then eventually they denied those charges were levied at all!! *****************************************************

    Hi Rebecca,

Bitbuy has a transparent fee model and offers some of the lowest fees in Canada among cryptocurrency marketplaces. You can view a full breakdown of our fees here: https://bitbuy.ca/en/fees/

There are absolutely no hidden fees or hidden charges on Bitbuy. There are also no fees applied by Bitbuy for any transactions or deposits that have been canceled or rejected. It is not possible for us to charge fees on a canceled or rejected deposit, as no funds would not be received by Bitbuy in that situation. If there are fees imposed by your bank, that would be out of Bitbuy's control and we would not collect any of those fees.

We apologize if there was any confusion regarding fees being charged on a rejected deposit, and we will use your feedback to ensure to our clients that no fees are charged in that situation.
