********* ***** ** **** **** * ***** ** ****** ***** ** ****** *** ******* **** * ******* ** * ***** ******* *** ***** ******* ** **** ********** ** ******** ** ********** This company DOES NOT vet their apprentice candidates. They will match you with people who are not interested in working nonetheless interviewing for an opportunity. They paired me with someone who insisted on asking me for money when it was supposed to be an unpaid apprenticeship. I finally got an apprentice after three months of interviewing their candidates and begging to be let out of the contract, which they refused repeatedly. I have been working with Acadium since April 2024. It has been difficult, to say the least, to find quality apprentices. It took me until I was well into the summer before I found one who could meet the interview requirements, and provide two seemingly legitimate references, and work samples. Now that I am working with an Apprentice this person does NOT communicate in a timely fashion and keeps piecemealing me the deliverables. I keep expressing that this is a critical time for my company and I have no time to play around but I am experiencing more stress and delays than if I went ahead and did it on my own, but I am also trying to build my business and make money. I have asked for a refund, even partial at this point, and they will NOT budge despite how painfully difficult it has been to work with their online platform, apprentices who they do not vet well, and the poor quality of work that is being done on the part of the one apprentice that I finally got to meet the minimum requirements. They keep sending me weekly check-ins about how the apprenticeship is going the only good one so far was the first week, yeah basically orientation. ** *** ****** ** **** ******** **** **** **** *** ******* ****** ******* **** ***** ** ** *** ***** ***

Acadium Plus program promises to have job placement. It does not give you that. It gives you job referral. Students who have been hired may tell you that a company is hiring. This company may already have 200 applicants. Plus the course work that Acadium Plus offers is not required; it is just seen as something extra offered by the instructor. I completed some of the course work offered by the instructor. It did not motivate me to continue learning. From experience on the Internet I knew there were better courses. I did not that I could not tell if the answer was correct or not. Yes, I could ask the teacher but there was so much that I felt this is cumbersome. I felt like I needed to hire a tutor.
