We received a free and prompt quote. They provided explanations to our questions. The team showed up on time and was very friendly and seamless in their work, and collected any garbage. I was very happy with Maize and would recommend them again.

I realize that this review is a bit late but I felt it was important to note. We had our fascia replaced in 2019. We had to have them back for a deficiency with it coming apart. They left several nails and metal shavings all over our driveway, front walkway and grass. Since then we have had our roof completed and the roofer pointed out that the fascia was a terrible job. We are about to have our siding done and that contractor has advised of the poor workmanship as well and has pointed it out to **. The fascia has fallen off on the front portion of our porch as it was not secured properly. We are very disappointed in Maize as we thought that they were a reputable company. When we expressed our concerns about the work back in 2019 we were told that the best guys were sent to our job. If this was there best guys I would hate to see the worst is.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

We had our siding replaced, our downspouts and our gutters along the back of the house because of age and damage to the house from a severe wind storm in 2022. We had such a good experience dealing with Maize, I would highly recommend them. They were one of the only companies that would even return our phone calls after the storm. They came out and gave us a quote the same day. When we decided to go ahead with the work they visited again and helped us pick out our colors. The work was completed this spring. We were contacted by email and confirmed the start date. The crew was very professional and worked quickly. They started on a Friday and we couldn't believe how much of the siding they replaced the first day. By the end of the next week they were basically complete with maybe a half day of work the following week. We talked to them every day and they let us know how things were going. They were very good about reinstalling lights, our back stairs and caulking. They got rid of the old equipment associated with the land line we no longer have. The gutters and downspouts were completed by a separate crew that came a few days later although we had seen one of the workers on the first day. The second crew worked just as quickly and were gone within a few hours. We received our invoice by email a few days later, exactly as quoted. The workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased with the results. A very good investment and an excellent company in our opinion.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

This was our ************** with Maize. We completely replaced the soffit, fascia and gutters. From the first meeting through to the completion of the work we had nothing but great service. We contacted ***** to have leaf guards installed. Estimator arrived and showed us why we needed to have eavestrough replaced as it was some 35yrs + old also installed by *****.. Estimate was great and work competed within a week. Workers also took the time to reinstall the solar panel for our security system. This is the 3rd time/stage we have had Maize's help with our siding/*****. This is a wonderful firm; *****, a most knowledgeable person, came to inspect what had to be done and gave ** a reasonable quote. The workmen were prompt, efficient, neat and tidy and cleaned up everything,. Except for the sparkling white fascia, soffit and eavestroughing you'd. never know they had been there. We are the 4th or 5th home in our area who has used Maize, and we all feel the same about their work. Highly, highly recommended. Great local firm.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

Upon inquiry, within the hour I had an estimate. Once I put in my order, the installation was carried out just over a week later. The workmen were friendly, efficient and helpful. They were very fast and knowledgeable (good teamwork!) as it only took them 45 minutes to instal the eavestrough along the side and back of my house. I am very happy with the work that was done and I would definitely recommend Maize to others.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

So far, so good; the new drip edge is doing it's job, though in the winter, the melting snow or ice can bypass the drip edge and just spill onto the driveway ?/?_?(???)?_?/?However, without snow or ice on the roof, the drip edge directs all of the water into the eavestroughing.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc
