This is the second time we have used Maize. Excellent work at a great price and quick. From the time we called, had a salesperson on-site with a quote and the work completed, all within a week.????

Maize Eavestroughing installed some eavestroughing and gutter guards more than a decade ago. I recently called them to address some drips and leaking problems. Upon examination, I was told that the issue could be addressed by the installation of a reverse drip edge. I was given an estimate promptly and the work was scheduled not long after that. The installer arrived and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was very polite and professional and answered any questions that I had. The reverse drip edge seems to have corrected the problem.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

Highly recommended. Maize was quick to provide a quote that was well priced and scheduled within a reason able time frame. Work was completed quickly and efficiently with no disruption to our household routine. The installation crew were courteous and did a good job of cleaning up after the installation was completed. Some siding was loose on my house. Two friendly men came and carefully removed it, put Tyvek wrap up and replaced it. They determined that the eavestrough above was installed in a way that allowed water to flow down and behind the siding, so using sheet metal, created a channel to divert the water from the roof into the eavestrough. I would highly recommend Maize. They were prompt in giving a quote, reasonably priced and were quick to schedule and get work done. And all the crew that showed up (1-supervisor giving quote, 2-crew tearing down old eavestrough and putting in new fascia/eavestrough 3- final crew putting in gutters and downspouts) were on time, polite and respectful of people and our property. The supervisor also showed up first and second day to check on work. The crews clearly knew what they were doing and cleaned up as they went. Maize is a local run business with a solid reputation and it shows in the quality of their work. Maize had done a repair on our original *************** over 30 years ago when a sudden ice buildup in the fall tore off our gutters on one side of the house. Maize did a good job back then in an emergency situation. And Maize is still doing good work today.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

I had the siding on the front and driveway side of my house removed and replaced with new vinyl siding. Your employee ( sorry I cant remember his name) arrived as scheduled. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional in completing the work. He kept the work site clean and removed all the old siding. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the completed job. Keep up the good work.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc
