    To keep it short. Had a front entry door installed in Aug 2016 - beautiful door, got lots of compliments on it. The brick moulding shrunk in Jan 2020, was replaced in Aug 2020 (delay due to pandemic). Noticed it had shrunk again in Feb 2022. Contacted Consumers Choice/******. A senior repair tech was sent out on Feb 18/22 & he told me he would order a longer piece & get it fixed up for me. On Apr 5/22 I received an email that said the partner company who supplies that part & holds the warranty (I thought it was Consumers Choice's warranty not a "partner" company's) was bought by another company & Consumers Choice didn't know if my warranty would be honoured. They gave me 2 numbers to call. I called one #, they referred me to another who, in turn, referred me back to the first number, who referred me back to the 2nd one. I emailed Consumers Choice/****** & stated this isn't my job, it's theirs to sort out any warranty issues. I received a reply stating my email had been forwarded to their service dept. That was April 21. I haven't heard anything. Interesting fact, the partner company was purchased by another in 2017, my warranty was honoured by them in 2020 but now I'm being ignored. A company who doesn't seem to want to support their customers'. Shameful & I'll never use them again (nor will anyone I know)
