    Re: service request ******* This must be my over 20th time following up with this company today regarding my warranty replacement of 6 of my windows in my ensuite and getting a part replaced on my entry front door- all on the same order above. This has been going on for over 2 years now! No one ever follows up when they say their going to. The service is beyond 1 star. I have countless emails and phone calls recorded of this company giving me the run around! Everytime I call I'm told another '3 months and another 3 months and that it's a supplier issue'! I finally said today I'm going to ask for a supervisor as this is ridiculous( going on over 3 years now of waiting). And I'm told there is no supervisor! Heidi advised she was going to make sure to follow up with me, this was due yesterday! And of course she didn't! This company is frauding consumers! I want what has been promised for warranty replacement of these products ASAP!
