    **** ******* **** * * *** ** * **** ******** * **** **** ***** ******* ** **** **** **** *. I have signed up for my lawn care service in 2021 and the service was not good. I did not cancel them for 2021 and decided not to continue with them for 2022. I was told now they have an auto renewal policy and random people are walking into my property without our acknowledgement. It was shocking to learn that they have been in my property 4 times without my approval. And i see them escalating the charges to collection team which is very unfair.     We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company. We take all complaints seriously and we would like to investigate this matter further.

    Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the auto-renewal policy. Our policy is clearly outlined on all literature which are provided to all customers upon signing up for our services and is included on every single invoice when a service is completed and left at the door. However, we understand that this may not have been clear to you and we apologize for any miscommunication on our part.

    Regarding the unauthorized visits to your property, prior to any visit, we provide a day’s notice via an automated call to ensure that all homeowners are aware that a service will be conducted the following day. From our records, these calls were sent prior to every visit at your property and that numerous emails were provided from the end of 2021 until your account was closed in 2022. Providing ample time to have a discussion and ensure that if you did not want to resume services, we would more than able to accommodate your request at any time throughout the season. 

    In regards to the charges being escalated to the collection team, we want to assure you that we do not take this action lightly. However, when a customer's account becomes past due, we are left with no choice but to take action to recover the funds owed to us. We do offer payment plans and other solutions to help customers who are experiencing financial difficulties.

    Call to cancel. The said ok. They still came I told them I called and canceled. The still charged me and put me I collection. I had to pay them for something I didn't want and cancel to have it removed from my credit score. Paid it and the still have removed it from my credit score!!!!. ***** *** *****

    Weed-a-Way would like to apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused. From our record, when the lawn care plan was purchased in June 2017 until August 2017, was a payment not provided for the services conducted during that period. Therefore, after multiple attempts to resolve the past overdue balance did, we unfortunately required the assistance of a collection agency. Once you had provided a payment to the agency the year later, did they release your records from a credit hold. We wish we did not have to resort to using a third-party agency, however this was only after multiple attempts to contact you to resolve the owing balance.
