      I am tired of the morning staff (other than Sara) never arriving at 7 am. . . . . I’ve left as late as 7:45 am & still no staff so I can't enjoy the hydro bed which I pay for in my membership?? Also, this morning at 6:32am (August 24th) three gentlemen cramped themselves into the gate & came in in one card?

      Hi , am s***** one of the member . I just want an explanation that why in this gym the weight machine is not working, its been a month and still its been written under maintenance. If the money from our account is deducted on time then why we are not getting proper equipment. Earlier I thought ok thats fine they will fix it soon . But a month its been a lot . Please take reviews seriously and work on them . I hope i will see it fixed soon . Thanks

      They do not process refunds. No response from managers even in email. Always saying manager is out. Not recommended.

      I wish i had read these reviews before I bought a yearly membership. The Fit4less ** ******* ** ****** has 12 treadmills only half are working the rest have a paper saying under maintenance, and according to front desk staff they have been like that for 2 months. I arrived on a Sunday morning at 10:45am I must have tapped my membership card twice and it wouldn’t let me in. The notice on the window said staff available at 11:00 am. The guy should up at 11:15 and said that was his scheduled time. They had a sign No Staff servicing on their front desk, but you don’t see that from outside the door. It should be posted on the window beside their hours of business, even if they’re working they don’t show up at the times posted. On facebook you can’t post a review for this gym, that’s a big tell tale sign.

      Sign up is made much more complicated than an advertised “no-commitment” sounds, they do make you commit by way of bank sign up and don’t allow a simple pay upfront option. I was also told by a staff you could simply add credit but they still require a bank setup so once your credit runs out they draw directly from your bank. By the sounds of these past comments it seems very difficult to cancel a membership too.

      Called a almost 2 months back, after making hundred attempts finally someone from the location picked up my phone. I told them to cancel my membership, the girl said you gotta come in person and she cant cancel over the phone. I told her I moved and I cant come to Niagara falls just to cancel my membership. She said okay let me cancel it and after taking info from me said okay I have cancelled it for you and I am still getting charged till date. Now again been calling them and no one is picking up the phone. Worst customer service ever. Toronto’s fit4less are still good tbh.

      Worst customer service *** ******** *** *** *** ***** . I visited fit4less on Golden mile plaza to cancel my membership. But the lady at the front desk convinced me to keep it frozen for 6 months and promised me that there won't be any charge on my account and if i still want to cancel I can do so after 6 months and till that there won't be any charge including the annual fees as my account is frozen. Now , I noticed that I was charged with $49 annual fee and when I went there to enquire about this I was treated badly and I felt that fit4less don't care about their customers especially the manager ***** at fit4less Golden mile. She made fun of me when I enquire about the information given to me bybfit4less staff and told that her staff did a good job by upsale. Really I consider this as cheating because I can't cancel now since I already paid for annual fees which I was told clearly that I won't be charged and in top of that the way they treat colored people is very bad ..Shame on you guys .

      The most bad experience.. Machines are nvr available.. Gym isn't clean at all.. There is no one available at the counter. And now im not able to cancel my membership. As i have to pay for another month to cancel. **** **

      Terrible Business Service the place is always messy they got you with the late fees this is how they make their money********... the second you miss payments they hit you with a $50 late fee money here. They say no commitment but that is BS
