He is **** with interactions and acts like you are pestering him...for something you have paid for YEARS in advance and have no update nor IDEA of anything about it.     On Jan 3, 2023, Toy Origin owner acknowledges that he is unable to fulfill my preorders because his relationship with his suppliers has ended. In the email, he says he can only offer store credits because a refund is not an option. He doesn't provide any reasons. He simply says this is not an option. Prior to this news, the owner has been unresponsive. There are no delivery updates. The primary reason is **** and ****** will not honour any disputes for any transactions that are over 180 days. He leverages that and takes advantage of his consumers. Most consumers will just give up after speaking to their credit card companies because they feel this is all they can do.     we have paid for 2 products in full from this company approx $600 in value , we have received no reply or product , the owner Paul S. ** ****, doen;t reply and when he does he gives you the run around and never a straight answer...the product has been received on his end and not shipped out to us, the consumer. ... he has a terrible track record which sadly we did not learn of until after having paid for items, how do we go about dealing with this issue and why has nothing been done to deal with this guy , ** **** ****** *** * ***** *** ****. pls help us with this situation ...thank you .
