    I have paid for a preorder item almost two years ago and the item was released in November 2022. I have sent several emails to **** and he will not respond. The item still has not been delivered. I even asked to cancel my order and refund me but again no response. * **** **** ******** ********** ** **** ******* **** **** ** ********* ** ******* ****** ** ***** I paid over $600.00 for the item and i either want my item delivered or refund my money.     I have unfulfilled orders from this merchant since 2021 and the merchant no longer responds nor issue refunds for items paid in full on **********. I contacted the merchant and also ********** and no response or resolution. all I want is to get refunded **** **** *****

    The date of this transaction was 2/27/21 This was an two items that were not to be released in 2022, I believe. I never received them. They have never shipped. They were two collectible figures totally $229.96. I have emailed this business and written them multiple times and there has been no real correspondence, just automated messages. They have no phone number listed to contact them. My order number was ******. I would like a full refund for these items.

    I pre-ordered an item on Toy Orgin's website back on July 29th 2020. Toy Origin is a Canadian retailer who brings in products from ******** ************ and saves Canadians on Duty and Shipping. My pre-order who have 12 monthly payments through a payment scheduling site called **********. All payments were made and completed in July of 2021. The item I pre-ordered was then heavily delayed and is now starting to ship out to people in February of 2023. I reached out to Toy Origin and its owner **** ******** regarding the status of my order. On February 8th 2023, I received an e-mail from **** stating that his partnership with ******** ************ has ended and that he could no longer fulfill my pre-order. He has offered store credit to his website but I would like a refund. I asked for a refund which he declined stating it's something he can't provide at this time. Although the site and company is Canadian the default currency is in USD. The total spent on the item was $293.78 USD which as of today would be roughly $392.49. I have reached out to ********** regarding a refund and they refuse. I reached out to ****** who processes the payment to Toy Origin and they will not issue a refund either. The credit card in which I made payments on will only assist me if purchases were made in the last 180 days. I have all my e-mail, pre-order information, as well as the payment breakdown from month to month.

    Date of transaction is 4/21/2021, I paid $294.00 for an **** *** **** * ********* *** Scale Helmet × 1. It has been almost 2 years and I have not received my item. I contacted the company via email in March 2022 and was told that they should have large shipment coming in from China in the near future and on it will be a chunk of this item so at that time we will be fulfilling more of our orders for this item and to be patient. I contacted them again in January 2023 as I still have not received my item but I have not heard any thing back from them.     I ordered the ******** ********* figure back in March 2020. **** ********** told me that if he hears anything that'll he would get back to me. Over time I would check in and see if there's any update but he wouldn't get back to me at all. I asked for a refund but nothing. I tried going to ****** to see if they could do anything but it's past their 180 day coverage and my bank can't do anything cause I used ******. So now I'm stuck here hoping that **** does the right thing.

    I put a $197.75 USD funds deposit down on a product that was a preordered back on June 6th, 2020 through the Toy Origin website.     I made a preorder payment to Toy Origin (Order #******) back in Jan'20 for an order the was supposed to be available to ship by Aug'20. While it's been two years and I have not recieved my order. I see other vendors having the product available. I have sent Toy Origin 7 email request via thier customer service messaging service with no response.

    I made a purchase using a payment plan through the third party **********. I made the first payment through them to ToyOrigin.com on August 13, 2021. I made additional payments the following month and completed the total owed on the item shortly thereafter. After a few months I checked on the status of the item I purchased and when it would ship. The vendor told me it could be 6 months or more. Fine. I waited. After 9 months of waiting I asked for a refund. The vendor was unresponsive. I complained to ********** and they emailed me that only the vendor could issue the refund. It has been nearly a year and I have yet to receive the item purchased or a refund for the undelivered product.     This business has failed to honor several orders placed and has refused to acknowledge multiple emails requesting information and refunds. The first few orders placed with this company were honored and seemed to go well. I then placed 4 preorders, providing the necessary deposits, as outlined below.
