    We've had their product in our fleet for a few years. We're very happy with their level of customer service. Any questions or concerns we have, they respond to and take care of ** right away. Anytime they develop a new feature they offer a tutorial and have an expert available to answer any new questions we might have. When the technology became obsolete with cell phone changes, they sent ** the new technology to be installed in our vehicles no charge. We really feel like they have a personal touch when communicating with ** and we are definitely more than just a number in their client list. The *** devices themselves are easy to install and the website is very straightforward and intuitive and the mobile app is perfect for what we need it for. Overall we're very happy with our relationship with Positrace and Global Fleet Management.

    We've been on the fence about purchasing some *** for our fleet. But after the great customer service from their sales and operations staff we decided to purchase a few units. We loved the service and tracking of the vehicles we purchased 2 more devices and now the whole fleet is covered.Great for tracking vehicles for start and stop, idle times, and fuel consumptions as well as piece of mind of where the truck is at all times.Thanks to ***** and ******* for their hard work.

    We have had a great experience with this service to help us manage our fleet of company cars. The features of the tracking software allow us to monitor our driver activity as well as locate our vehicles whenever needed. Our interactions with their customer service teams have always been a positive experience and the installation of the tracking devices in our vehicles was well managed by their installer. We would recommend the PosiTrace services to other business looking to manage their company fleet.

    I like the fact that it is user friendly and that you can customize the vehicle reports ********* that I receive has been beneficial is assisting our company in reducing vehicle speeding occurences and accidents, great program, a great value for the money.
