    We switched to PosiTrace from another *** company and the difference is amazing. From start to setup to all of our quirky questions they are ALWAYS there to help. If someone can't answer a question they will get you in touch with someone else who can help. The site, portal, and the app are so easy to use compared to our "other" ************ This was such an eye opening experience and we look forward to continuing our relationship with PosiTrace. Try them you will not be disappointed.

    I am extremely impressed with their services. The accuracy of the tracking system is exceptional. I also appreciate the fast customer support as they are always quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend PosiTrace to anyone looking for an efficient navigation service.I also wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing work of the *** I've been working with at PosiTrace. It's not often that you come across someone who truly cares about making the customer experience seamless and positive.

    Being a mobile services company, we know how important it is to avoid major disruptions in our ability to perform. We've also experienced the amplified costs associated with unmonitored maintenance, reckless driving and wasteful behaviors hurting our business and its bottom line. Between our ability to use their reports to monitor key performance indicators regarding fuel economy, speed and hard braking, coupled with our separate insurance and safety policy quarterly reports and pics of the fleet capturing new dents and dings, excessive weight issues from overstock, monitoring proactive tire rotations, tire pressure, we can identify ways to limit these risks in a proactive sense which we see as a huge money saver. Additionally, in this day and age, Unfortunately one of our vehicles was stolen off an employees driveway several months back. Glad we had Positrace and was able to internally track the vehicle in real time while relaying that info to Police. Unfortunately a good amount of tools were stolen very quickly and the crooks got away prior to the PD's ability to get there, but I am convinced it would have been far worse if we didn't have an immediate response and they had more time before they felt the heat. We also recovered the vehicle quickly so we had the ability to put back to work sooner, rather than later. Positrace is a solid tool and investment for us and Northstar's Fleet Management Program.Highly recommended! Sincerely,*********************** - Northstar Electrical, LLC

    Heads and Tails above our previous provider. They are quick to respond and deal with any issues promptly. Their platform is lean, quick and responsive and very easy to use. I'm so glad we decided to move to Positrace.
