      They try so hard to keep you from withdrawing YOUR OWN MONEY. They will label certain parts of your money as "unwithdrawable" I wish I was making this up when I say that their support team literally recommends I buy and then sell some more assets in order to get access to that money. **** * **** ** * ********* will never use again and am actively telling others to stay away. They also charge fees to do any sort of withdrawal including a basic ACH transfer. **** *** ********* **** avoid them at all costs.

The information that was provided to you by our Support Team is correct, any non-withdrawable Dapper Balance that you might have on your account are funds that must be used for purchases and cannot be withdrawn. Typically these are funds deposited into your Dapper Balance from various promotional campaigns. If you happened to deposit funds from connecting a bank account, you will be able to withdraw these funds after they have cleared through the federal banking system (which is typically **** business days). That said, we do offer a variety of withdrawal options depending on which region you are in, some of which will have lower fees.
