Ive had a wallet with dapper labs since 2001 which contains nft assets from *** top shot app. Created account with same wallet for ****** pinnacle app up until fraudulent charges were flagged on my Amex card. **** intervened credited my account back what was under fraudulent charges. Dapper support contacted me demanding I pay them the amount refunded to me or my wallet will be locked. I created a new wallet and been buying using cash through Apple Pay and the ****** pinnacle system crashed and a purchase I made, the money was taken but the items never delivered to my wallet. I submitted a ticket with the company along with Apple Pay and was reassured a refund would be given. Instead, all 4 of my wallets have been locked from me and being denied access to my assets I paid for since 2021 even though the issue is only with 1 wallet that occurred this year in 2024. Just 10 days into the month of September I have already purchased $1991.31 worth of digital assets through this app using cash and Im being denied what I paid for. Facts of the matter is its my money or my items purchased, Dapper Labs cannot keep both and rob me.Initial Complaint

So this website that sells online collectibles states in section 5 of theyre terms of service that it specifically doesnt allow bots or people cheating to acquire moments on its marketplace for purchasers. But there is constantly the same users very clearly taking advantage of the system and skimming the marketplace. I can't even buy a moment i want without it being sold INSTANTLY clearly people using some kind of software to skim the market. Particularly users like ************* ******** *** ***********. I've asked in feedback and thru email customer support only to be purposely ignored. They know people are doing it and blatantly violating the terms of seevice and they do nothing!! I even specifically named users that do it and they still allow it to happen. I dont understand how they can violate theyre own terms and allow this to happen. Im being taken advantage of as well as lots of other people by people cheating the system and im tired of being ignored and treated like garbage and loosing out while other people are making money off a scam. This needs to be dealt with and they need to enforce theyre own rules.Initial Complaint

This company continues to mislead their customers. First, they advertise team leaderboards using the current (at the time) "collector score" of collectibles. Users spent money on their marketplace (which they collect fees on) to reach positions on the leaderboard. Collecting "sets" increased the collector score of items. They promised rewards for maintaining a high position on this leaderboard. Prior to any rewards being distributed, they completely changed the "collector score" value of everything in their marketplace. This effectively created marketplace transactions for the benefit of the company they collect fees) by misleading/lying to their customers. The latest scenario, the company advertises "Team Leaderboards" which reward the top 750 collectors for specific teams. Their aim is for people to collect and then commit to "locking" items for 365 days to accrue points on a leaderboard. The top X number of collectors would receive rewards. The first of which was promised to 750 users. The company has repeatedly had these offerings, and every single time, the "serial number" of the reward was intended to be randomized. Today they announced that the serial number would NOT be randomized, and the top 3 serial numbers (with a monetary value far exceeding average rewards) would be granted to the top 3 instead. This is a total departure from the past and was not communicated to users before they extended money and time to attain positions on this leaderboard. Additionally, this company collects fees from any marketplace interaction. Meaning they purposefully lied by omission to generate more income from users. Finally, when users were expressing their dissatisfaction with these actions by SHARING A LINK TO THIS REPORT FORM, they were banned from the ******* server. This is suppression of valid complaints and is unacceptable. 1. ********************************************************************** ** *********************************************************Customer Answer
