      Great in person customer service. Very knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. They should have a Military discount.

      Do not use Liberty Security! They are frauds and scammers! I asked them to please let me out of my contract as I was moving due to financial issues caused by the pandemic. They refused to let me out of my contract. If I wanted out I needed to pay over $1600.00 to get out of it. They advised I could give the services to someone I knew, or pay the remainder of the contract to get out. I explained I was selling my home to move in with a relative due to the financial strain of the pandemic and no longer needed the services. They refused to let me out of my contract. I told them I could not afford it, to no avail! No remorse or consideration was given at all due to my circumstances. Do not use this company! Disgusting! They are rated lower than a 1 star.

      I think they are being unfair my wife has to go to a home and they still want me to pay out the contract that means 30 more payments I think that is very unfair

      We have now been with Liberty for 4+ years. We have recently moved to a new house and got our new alarm system installed today. From moving to having the new system installed has been a charm. The technician was punctual and went over the top in helping us set up our online App as well as walking us thru the controls of our new panel.We have received the kind of service and customer support that you truly just not see very often these days. We would highly recommend Liberty security to anyone looking to get a security monitoring system installed. As I mentioned earlier, we have been with liberty for over four years and the monitoring / customer support has also been well over expectations
