    Profound disappointment. My computer would not print and I was in the middle of a job search. Stopped in with my laptop and asked them to see if I was missing some software since it had crashed in 2019 but been otherwise fine since. Told them just a quick check and that I had not backed up data . OK days later I get a call the lost all my data and wiped my hard-drive how even they could not explain. Blamed it on the 2019 repair, Huh it worked fine in all other aspects. Charged in full for putting in a new hard drive and loading very basic software. Did not like the gaslighting that this was somehow the fault of a very old repair and felt not well heard. Took the computer to another shop a week later to get it running optimally still won't print so . Hundreds of dollars later I will just have to buy a new computer. Decency should have at least not charge me for the very basic recovery and loss of all data.
