  Panhandle came out for a dry out that resulted in additional work from our contractor due to mold growth. They also damaged our refrigerator in the process (they did order a door but we are going on 5 months that it has not come in). I have received a few calls from Terry M*** threatening to turn us into collections for the outstanding balance when we have not received a replacement refrigerator door and the job is not complete. I would recommend selecting a different company for any dry out or restoration work unless you want low quality work, damaging your home and threatening to turn you into collections on payment before the job is completed.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE! Trust me!!! This has been one of the worst experiences of my life! They will come in the same day you call and make it all sound good because you're traumatized by what tragedy just happened! Don't fall for this trick they do! Your not thinking straight and they make it out like their saving your life when all their out for is the you guessed it the ole might $$$! They said everything was a loss upstairs where the fire happened which wasn't true. They brought in a roll off and cleaned up quickly so don't let them do this if you do end up hiring them! There was stuff that was salvageable and I was able to save. They would've just thrown it all away or kept it. Whatever they do! They took almost everything in our downstairs kitchen, dining and living room except furniture we told them not to take. Now it's been almost 4 months they have had our stuff and I've paid them over $7,100.00 but they will not give our stuff back because we owe them $250.00 was the original amount the insurance didn't cover now $290.00. They also wanted around $800.00 our insurance is holding until we get our stuff back! I am traumatized by what these people are doing over $290.00! They lied saying when I paid the $7,100.00 I would get my stuff back. They would call me with a date. Instead I get a call by this Tammy ***** that does this crap because she can't handle listening to a little bit of complaining and runs to her bosses about little things and won't talk to me and Hangs up the phone. They won't do a payment agreement for this small amount of money owed and wants a signed agreement that we will mail them the release check from our insurance when we receive it but won't tell me when our stuff will be delivered! I'm so upset over these nasty greedy people that I will let everyone and anyone know to stay away from this nasty greedy company! Fire happened -Jan 14, 24 it's now May 2, 24. No dishes no pots and pans to cook! Keys to a shed, meds & glasses.

  This is not True. We have even waived as a courtesy the 290.00 that would have to come out of the customer's pocket. We only simply asked her to sign a form that states once the items are returned and she receives the additional 800.00 from the insurance company that she understands that is our money and it will be paid to us. It is very simple sign the form and the items will be returned and not money will be taken from her pocket. The issue is if she will not sign the form, she must not intend to pay us the additional money owed. Her actions are holding up the return of her contents not Panhandles.

  A simple roof leak fix took over a year and a half to complete. Every time they came out it was a different team of contractors. The first time the patched the roof the team that came failed put down the shingles and tar paper completely wrong so the entire roof leaked. Over the course of their “repairs” they broke a window, destroyed a carpet, and destroyed a bathroom ceiling that they never replaced. Then months later after being assured that we owed nothing else they began calling claiming we’d never paid them anything because they must have the worst record keeping team imaginable. The company is at best an incompetent joke and perhaps an intentional scam. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with anyone I’ve done business with. And years later when this should all be far behind me I’m still forced to deal with their nonsense.

  This customer is alleging the issues because the balance was never paid and they had been contacted again about the balance. we have a signed certificate of satisfaction that was signed by the mother when the job was complete but no final payment was ever sent to our office. we have only collected partial payments to this point.
