    Out Wayne Tree Service charged my widowed mother, **************** $3,000.00 to remove a small tree branch off her roof, under brush, and cut grass on less than a 1/4 acre property. Tgis took place on Wednesday, June 8 2022 My mother asked for the property to "look like someone lives there." The property was supposed to be cleared of all trees, underbrush, weeds, etc. It was not! My mother is devastated for "being took", as she said. The owner, Dale ******* was spoke to in person and told that the job was not complete and that we were not satisfied. He offered to complete the job to my mother for an additional $225, then offered to complete it to me, for an additional $350. The owner also posted the personal contract on Facebook for all to see! He told random people he would send them copies of my mother's contract. We have no idea who has my mother's personal information. She is now scared someone will still her credit, come to her home, or try and rip her off again. The owner is refusing to refund the $3000. He is not trusted. Would not provide the insurance and license when asked. He is not welcome back on the property. He did offer to come finish the job on 6/13/22 or 6/14/22, but couldn't give a definite date, because he would try to work it in. When he posted the information on social media, he crossed the line and was definitely not welcome to finish the job any longer. We want a full refund!
