March 31-22 this company came in and installed a 2 ton a/c unit and a 2 ton coil. My furnace is In my attic so that is where the coil went. Few months go by I see water in my floor. I go in the attic to see what's going on and the is water running out of the coil. I shut the a/c off and call William Lilly to tell him about it. He came out the next day and says the coil has fell down. So he just adds more hvac tape and says try that. 3 days later leaking again call him back down to look at it. He puts a level on the coil unit and it's out of level. Tells me he will get some adjustable feet to put under it to level it up. Which quote from his mouth should have been done when they installed it. Says he will get the feet and be back tomorrow and never shows up. I call him and he says he had to order them and they would be in that evening. Tells me he will be down the next day and no show or no call. I call him back and he says oh my guy took the day off unknowns to him. Will be down the next day. Same no call no show. So I call him back to see what's going on and from then on he will not answer my phone calls. That has been about a month ago and now I have discovered I have mold on my walls from the water that was leaking from the coil unit. He had no intention on coming back to fix it. And mind you he wears a bluetooth ear piece for his phone so he knew I was calling. I would not recommend William Lilly heating and cooling to no one. That to me is bad business. Oh and me and my son-in law had to got up in the attic and cut the hvac tape and level it up and built a little knee wall under it to hold it up level ourself and retaped it. All because they done a half butt job.
