      On Dec. 7, ******************************************************************************************************************************************* the end instead of paying separately at each eyebrow threading appointment.Now as of today Feb. 1, 2023, ALL Exquisite Threading businesses are closed PERMANENTLY. I have not been able to use my gift card at all since I only go every two months. How do you go from selling customers gift card to permanently closed within 2 months. There was no warning from them that they will be close on a specific date. I do have proof of email saying they are closed as well. All I ask is to get refund my gift card amount. This is appalling. Waste of my time and money. Also, no contact number was provided. There was number tho but only goes to voicemail. Tried many times.

      We have locations open in ********* area and the customer is more than welcome to come use the gift cards at any of those locations as needed.  Otherwise, they are more than welcome to call ************ during normal business hours of 10am-6pm to get their credit on the remaining balance minus whatever they have used already.  The gist card was sold at 30% off from its original value, hence they will be credited as such based on remaining balance and amount used.
