If possible, I would have selected all 5 choices from the what I liked section. Eric is exceedingly gifted with all aspects of technology. He is kind and patient, with a stellar work ethic and problem-solving skills. Along with setting up our new computer, we wanted to set up an artist’s tablet. Before he started installing it, he told us that he had limited experience with this product, as it is used primarily by commercial artists. After several attempts, he said he did not want us to waste time and money having him figure it out, and suggested contacting the manufacturer for help with finding professionals for this specific product. I beyond highly recommend Eric ??***** *

I brought my desktop computer for its graphic card to be replaced, as it stopped working. The computer still worked otherwise. I later got a phone call back from the business owner telling me he added some drivers resulting in the PC no longer booting up. I know there were no available drivers for the old card as I'd checked for drivers beforehand and saw I had the latest one available. I have no idea what the business owner attempted to install to cause the problem. He told me the only way he could think of fixing the issue was to reinstall Windows. I told him emphatically **NOT TO DO THIS**, twice. He did it anyway, wiping out in the process software I had accumulated over the years, customized settings, scores of Windows shortcuts, and hundreds of internet links. The desktop was a complete mess that took me days to reorganize and clean up somewhat (I'm still missing significant contents). I complained bitterly about his decision to disregard my request not to replace Windows, as I was planning on taking the PC to another business to fix the mess. I objected to paying the full bill of $170, save for the replaced graphic card (he charged me $60 for an old device he'd bought secondhand years ago and which is available on the internet today for $50 new). Much of the labor involved was self-inflicted and I requested he reimburse me for that part. He came up with the story about a corrupted file, which was an after-the-fact lie. He maintained I could restore the internet links when running AOL, which I knew was total bunk. This man is incompetent and dishonest. As a further result of his malpractice, I now have to replace my printer, since it won't work with the version of Windows he installed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE.
