      On July 2, 2022, a transaction took place with a total payment of $1,460.00 to the business. The business agreed to send sun shades in exchange for not painting the tops. However, the matter remains unresolved as the business has failed to fulfill its commitment. Despite assurances from the business, neither the shades nor a refund has been provided. Furthermore, no account, order, or tracking number was supplied by the business via email.I completed this on the road. I have the receipt in person at the residence in ****. I also have text messages and additional emails if need.

      I purchased the ****** "tesla shades" on June 30, 2023 I directly texted the owner, ***** and recieved no reply July 25, 2023 Text again in February 2024 and text was read and ignored again. Called today, March 25, 2024 and ***** answered and told me "there is nothing he can do about it, he is on vacation in ****** and he hung up on me. I have not recieved one update from the Brand Jeetops or ***** the owner.

       His  issue is our JK front set  shades that come from ***** are  back ordered since COVID and the automotive strike exacerbated that further  .  We don't like liars and we certainly  don't do business over text message since we get so many sometimes they are missed , Malicious lies to defame us is not the best approach , but since COVID we see some very odd behavior once in a great while . I answered his call in ****** (don't know many company's that would do that ) and he did not like the simple commonsense answer , he said some sarcastic expletives and hung up on me or possibly since cell service is not the best down there the call was dropped . Email works best as with most company's . Insulting egeomatic anger does not go far but his obvious intent is to harm and display on the BBB will sooth his all knowing ego.

      I ordered a custom hardtop for my fianc's 2016 Jeep Wrangler on 11/16/2022 for $5,125.00. It has now been 6+ months now and all I receive are excuses from the owner stating that top is back ordered and that a lot of people are in line waiting for one. This was not stated on their website that there was any type of delay or back order of the product. My first email update from them after purchase stated "JKU's come to us pretty easy, generally 3-4 weeks, sometimes sooner. Which I have attached for reference. 2 weeks ago I asked for a refund as I feel like I've been more than patient and waited long enough. The owner suddenly had a bunch come in and asked me to wait until Monday for him to see if mine arrived. He has not responded to any of my text, calls or emails since that last email. If you look at their ****** reviews you can see there area a lot of upset people with this company. They should state on their website there is a back order of products and or at the very least not "mislead" people with a 3-4 week delivery window immediately after purchase when they know that is not true or an honest estimate. At this point I just wanted my money back, I don't have any confidence in this company that they will even supply a quality product at this point and I worry what kind of customer service I would even received if at all. If I had an issue with the quality of the top they provided me.

      This was a special ordered top . We do not have the ability to cancel with the manufacturer since by contract once ordered it is theirs/ours . We have no control over the manufacturer FCA Jeep . The supply chain problems are not predictable. All of this is easily looked up since no one has factory tops in JKU/** and they are on national backorder . As soon as another order comes in line for the same top we will attach the new order to that top and will gladly refund .

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Please provide a copy of this contract that you are referencing and falsely claim that I signed.  As I haven't signed any contract with your company.   I paid you directly on your website and you emailed me two days later stating the top would arrive in 3-4 weeks that only the 2 doors ( I have a four door ) were on back order.   Then suddenly a month became 2 and 3 and now almost 7 months.    You have also ignored all of my correspondence since May 6th.  It wasn't until this BBB complaint that you bothered to respond.  If you would prefer I can dispute this charge with my card merchant and they will auto draft it out of your bank account as I haven't received my goods as promised.    I was trying to solve this in a reasonable manner and have you send me a check to refund.
