They use old equiptment. I was constantly going in for resets due to their failed equiptment. When my intrerlock system was removed, they charged me for the month even though I only use the service for five days into the month. I spoke to several employees and supervisors who said theres nothing they can do. I told him it was ridiculous to pay for a full month of service, but I only had it for five days nobody would help me with this problem, I dont feel I should have to pay for service when I no longer have it

At first I thought I found a gem when I found this business for my IID. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. The device has only been installed for 14 days and now the van has to be jumped started everyday it has a brand new battery in it prior to the install. Sometimes the jump pack has to stay on 30+ minutes to get enough juice to start. This is a huge CAT jumper box. So I take it to the dealership to be checked out make sure nothing else is going on with the draw on the battery. Guess what ... decide goes into lockout as I arrive. I call number on device screen literally saying please call etc... wait on hold for an hour (sitting in shop) to be hung up on. Finally get a human to be told there is nothing they can do to tow my van to their nearest location for a calibration. Um, and then what? It's not gonna start so tow it back to the shop clear across the city... said there was a one time unlock code for 30 dollars but wouldn't give it to me. Transferred me to Wisconsin supervisor left message of course and haven't heard back. So my van is stuck in lock out at a shop it's been hell since this device was installed 14 days ago... I have no way to get around live out in the country w/ 3 kids! Fantastic! The website clearly states "remote lockout help available" then I was told they are finding with this model batteries with more cold cranking amps helps keep the device from draining the battery. Per my tech the new battery I just got it the largest for my model vehicle now he's gonna see if he can fit a diesel battery in it to have more power just for this device. I only need it less then 60 days too so May 8th I have to pay 100 more dollars for Uninstaller. Wonder how many tows I'll have to pay for?! Thanks for nothing family owned Wisconsin company!

Looks like you spoke to our customer service manager and had an appointment to have your device reset. In the meantime, please continue to work with your mechanic to see what is causing the parasitic draw on your battery and if you would, let us know those results.. My apologies, that you were flashed that customer support number. That is the manufacturer of the device's number. We are working with them to get that number changed to our customer support number, for more prompt service. You can also receive online assistance at interlockappointment.com during business hours on our live chat.
