At the *********** kennel club today I took my 4 pairs of shears to get sharpened. When I returned she only had 3 pairs to give me. I asked where my other pair was and she said must have given them to someone else, this happens and every show. Im not the best with confrontation so whene she offered me another pair I took them at first and she still had me pay the $100 for the service. I got back and I realized the shears that she had given away were $189. The shears she gave me so quoted $130 but I cannot find them anywhere and the only place I could they where $50. I came back and told her Id give her her shears back and I really only wanted the money back for my pair or for mine to be returned. She offered neither and was very hostile. I went to the show chair and with pressure from them I only got my $100 back for the service, Im still out the $189 shear. Originally I had thought they where my Kenshii 6 in curved shear which is $135 but they are my 8.5 monk curved which are $189 online once I looked back at photos of them. The whole situation was VERY unprofessional and very rude as someone who has given her service for almost a year and is training to be a groomer.
