    Initial sales experience was fine. The sales rep treated us well. Traded in my car, but did not leave with the new car since the financing was still being processed. Looked at the car on Friday the 17th. Did not receive the car until 6/29! Expected not to receive the car until Tuesday 21st due to the weekend and Juneteenth Holiday (this was also stated by the finance rep). Husband noticed errors on the paperwork after it was signed, he needed to call the loan company to have those fixed. Checked in for updated starting Tuesday 21st, was informed no movement yet, and that the sales and finance reps I worked with had COVID. This was nonchalantly stated. Continued delays due to finance paperwork being incorrect, after repeated contact with loan company. We were informed there where mismatching amounts on the transfer paperwork and signed contract. This was not corrected until the 27th. At that time the transfer for the loan was finally processed correctly. Many hours were spent on the phone with the loan company by my husband, who was in the process of preparing to deploy. The whole situation was stressful and should have been done a week earlier than it was. Communication was poor as well. We did not receive updates unless requested. Had the correct paperwork with matching amounts been sent on the original date, we would have had the car on or around the 21st (the long weekend after signing). Would not recommend purchasing due to the absolute mess. They deliver the car to me, but there was not owners manual.
