I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the banning of my account in your Rank Play system. My account, under the username multi#******* and registered email address, has been banned from playing ranked matches. I am a Top 250 player and a streamer, and I have not received my Season 5 Top 250 rewards. Furthermore, I am currently banned from participating in ranked matches, which is causing significant harm to my ************* noted in my previous support ticket, my account was previously compromised (on aug 18), and it is my understanding that the issue stems from this unauthorized access. I should not be held responsible for the actions of a hacker, specifically the alleged "boosting" activity that the support team claims took place. The recovery request regarding my account was under case#*********. It is unjust to penalize me for something outside of my control.This ban is severely impacting my ability to generate income, as I stream content related to your game and have invested thousands of dollars into this platform. I respectfully request that this matter be urgently reviewed and rectified.The hacker gained ***** ** on my account but I would still be top 250 even if that ** was not gained. I appreciate your immediate attention to this situation, as I am eager to resume playing and streaming without further delay. I play call of duty modern warfare 3, I have tried reaching out to ********** player support, and filed a previous complaint against them and have gotten no where. I am a streamer on twitch and I play a lot of warzone. I keep getting kicked from matches and I look at my appeal a ban on the ********** website and it says limited matchmaking. I cannot find matches while on this limited matchmaking state or if and when I do, all I play against is rage hackers. It is not fun and completely unfair that this is happening to my account. All I do is play for fun and I have been getting accusations that I'm hacking. This is not the first time this has happened to my account either, and my account will eventually get out of this state but will not take long before reentering this state. Whether its a week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks later. If I was cheating I would have been permanently banned with the recent cheat provider detections that I have been hearing about on social media via tiktok and ******* shorts. All I am asking is to be apart of 1 the whitelist, 2 my account has a higher trust factor, or 3 if none of the other options are available, to reduce the time my account is on the limited matchmaking state. Ravensoftware, if there is anything we can truly do to work together, I am open to it. Within the span of 3 years of playing Call of Duty: My Warzone account has been consistently put into a Limited Matchmaking State, without a recourse as to why I am being constantly put into this state. There is zero evidence that would state I broke TOs, and it's been in a constant state of 7 days in a limited state (which is completely unplayable, there's zero matches that can be found, for a game I spent $100 on) I get one singular day of being able to play without any repercussions, and then I get hit with the same rotation of limited state matchmaking. There's been zero evidence provided that shows I have violated the **** I play this game daily, and as a job as a content creator, and cannot do so with the implication of limited matchmaking. I know it's possible to avoid the shadow ban as everyone states it's called. Doing this as a second job and wanting to make more content from it, makes this virtually impossible to do so.Initial Complaint

Im filing my complaint because i have been shadow banned 3 times in the last month! Ive spend over ***** dollars to play this game and have been contiplating on starting streaming. But how can i stream when im constantly getting shadow banned for something i didnt or do!! Hi, I am here to ask about a shadow ban problem on Modern Warfare 2, and Warzone. It seems quite unfair to me that I have paid for multiple skins in the store, and continue to pay for the product but I am not able to play as I have been shadow banned over and over again. I want to get on during the day to play with my friends and I have been unable to as I get shadow banned almost immediately every time I play. This is unacceptable at this point as I have been shadow banned over 25+ times with no solution in sight. On the morning of 08/7/2023, I was wrongfully shadow-banned while playing a game due to the inconsistencies, and flaws of your anti-cheat system . I, as well as millions of others, have spent quite some money on Modern Warfare 2, and Warzone . I can barely play the game without not only being spam reported by spiteful oppositions, but being stuck in the shadow-loop since the launch of Warzone 2 . This company was suppose to be committed into making MW2, WZ2, a fair and balanced experience where cheating, exploiting is not tolerated, but it's discrimination when players are falsely accused, and forced to wait 7+ days to play again . It's clear that you don't care, and yet to have resolve, proficiently correct the flaws of your reporting system, so I decided to have the Better Business Bureau involved to help your business moving forward . My ********** ID : CerebralxHunter#******* needs to be rightfully un-shadowed, and whitelisted since it's clear that I'm not cheating, and a reoccurrence happening due to your falsely advertised anti-cheat system, where it's stated that you have kernel drivers that can detect such things . If I was actually cheating, I would've been permanently banned long ago . I also have video of what happened during the match I got banned, if you need that for investigation as well to expedite the process . My Warzone 2 account is in a never-ending shadowban loop. I am getting blatantly spam-reported and disconnected from server followed by a shadowban being placed on my account where I cannot find a game for 1 to sometimes 7 days. Every time my account goes under "review" I am cleared and can play again, only to have the same thing eventually happen again! . The incidents originally occurred February 2023 and have been ongoing since. This has made my time trying to use a product I paid money for absolutely miserable. This is my last resort as I have tried everything else with no success. Im looking for an instant fix to this problem as its becoming a big issue for me. I have been playing this game for a very very very long time and I am a full time streamer on twitch.. innocent players are getting shadow banned and placed on a 3 day review period until cleared its okay that this has happened to me if it was once or twice but it has been getting so bad to a point that I am barely playing 3 hours until I am again placed on review because I am better than someone or outplay them so they stay and spectate and spam the report buttons until they laugh and cheer that they disconnect a player from a server its getting reaalllllly old! Please help me as its impacting my daily streams and viewers. Streamers out there with a name are instantly removed from a shadow ban list while I am waiting the full 3-5 days.. its really not fair.. your system is messed up and needs a lot of fixing. Please please please help me resolve this.My ********** ID is MrBvrlyHills#******* You need to fix your anti cheat system and completely take away reporting for now.. or allow players to only be allowed to report a player one time and one option at a time they sit there and spam all report options until a player is disconnected and its honestly RIDICULOUS.
