1 starPrefer to give zero stars! Had all our windows replaced by an independent contractor hired by this joker. White vinyl windows and white aluminum trim. They used cheap call and it turned yellow and looks terrible. Interior trim was supposed to be vinyl but they stuck in cheap painted wood. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Sure, try calling the guy and he won’t answer and won’t return your call. Zero service after the sale. Extremely frustrating and disappointing! Do not use K-Bee widows or K-Bee repair or whatever company Joe ******* named it!Review fromJulie H

I agree Joe has taken my money and I have issues with my window and he is replying to emails or returning my calls. This has been going on for more than a year! I called **** **** *** and they need the warranty number but there is not one one any of the windows and I never received a final receipt with the warranty number on either. I wouldn’t even give him a 1 very poor customer service and business dealings.

i met with customer on 6-10 -24 she has a cracked glass window that occurred while she was cleaning them. it is being replaced for no charge because her warranty covers accidental glass breakage. it will take 4 weeks or so to come in. i also showed customer how to operate and clean ********************* and take out screens. the warranty sticker was missing in the window but i gave her the warranty number she needs for any future problems . overall everything has *** handled and we will replace glass as soon as it comes in thank you ********************* ownerReview fromTheresa H

This is a shady person who will take your money and run. He will never return your calls and if he does, he never remembers that he talked to you to order anything! If I had to give him a rating, it would be a -10.J Bee Home Improvements, Inc

I am not a shady person ,I ordered windows for customer and it took longer for ********************* to come in than I expected I have no control over that I also live only 5 minutes from customer and talked to her and her sister yesterday the customers windows are coming in next week. And are installing week of the 26 th of February so I. Have issue resolved with the delay of windows. Coming in. Thank you
