4/6/2024 I had an estimate for for$295 to have a resignator replaced on a vehicle. On Saturday the car was looked at and it was noticed that a resignator was not put on the vehicle but patched welding. Ramirez was called by my mothers boyfriend and he told them we were charged for something that wasnt done. Ramirez called me on Saturday demanding I get there now he gave me the wrong receipt and kept insisting I get there but would not tell me why. He then stated he would refund me if thats what I wanted. I went there today and he gave me a fake receipt for a day that I wasnt even there and then told me if I wanted a refund he would cut the muffler off first since thats were he patched it. I recorded this interaction.

It doesnt have the right parts on the car and he did take my cars instead of fixing on it. He used it as a down payment that I just paid ****** for that car so I need to file a complaint because now theres nothing they could do about it but right now is the best time for yall to go in to check things out before I get my lawyer involved thank you

This vehicle was purchased at an auto auction, with the listed miles documented.  At time of purchase, the vehicle had ****** miles on the odometer.  We were made aware by the auto action that the mileage was not actual.  When a vehicle is sold we have all customers sign a buyer's guide, which lists such things as mileage not actual, which she signed. She was made aware that the mileage was not actual at the time of purchase.  As for the other vehicle in question, she had ****** the vehicle to our shop to get an estimate for repairs.  When she was told how much the repairs would be, she elected to use said vehicle as a trade in.  All this is in the signed documentation that we previously sent the BBB on this matter.  As far as we are concerned, this case is closed.
