  Tree Wise Men is a great company to have your trees services by. They removed three pine trees from my back yard with no issues. Clean up was fantastic and now we get to have more space for the kids to play in our yard. Everyone is very professional and super nice. I would only use and recommend Tree Wise Men for all Tree services.

  Had three trees removed on my 1 acre property, two of them were leaning and a major risk of falling on our garage. Treewisemen did a great job at removal and cleanup. Will hire again.

  Signed a contract with them to remove 2 trees, grind 1 stump, remove extra dirt, put down grass seed, inject and trim one ash tree. They never set a start date, just showed up in our yard one day and took down the 2 trees and knocked on our door for money. I told them I would pay when all the work was done, per contract. Was told by Donna that they always send an email and a text message when the work will be done, but this never happened. Stump was ground up, again no email or text message that they were coming to do this. The gentleman said he knocked but this was not true as I was watching him while I was on the phone. He left a mess. Called Donna who said I did not request clean-up and grass seeding. However, she said they would be happy to do so for an extra charge. I told her that we asked for that in the very beginning as we are an elderly couple and could not have done it ourselves. I paid an additional $200.00 to have the job done. Later I contacted Donna to ask when the ash tree in the back yard would be treated and trimmed. She said she had no mention of that anywhere and did not know what I was talking about. I gave her their invoice number.She then said the injection was already done and we would have to pay extra for trimming . Tree Wise Men would have needed access to our back yard due to locked fence gate. We cannot prove that the injection was done or not done. We decided to cut our losses with them and said no further action was needed on their part. I am upset about their dubious business practice of showing up unannounced which they said they never do. I am upset about coming to remove 2 trees and asking for money and never telling us when they would be there. Dubious business practices for sure and padding the bill by leaving work off the original invoice.

  Again, we apologize for any issues. I'm sorry you felt the need to come to this site and post this as we thought this issue had been rectified on our part prior to receiving this review.This is what happened:Earlier this year we changed our computer software program from the one we have been using since we started to a more "specific" one which is specifically for tree businesses. During the transition period, the software company hoped that everything would transfer into their new software; however, we have found that there were a few bumps in the road. Some things did not transfer over as they should have. This was originally what happened to the line item for the injection service. There was also a glitch as to why you were not notified that we were coming when we did the initial tree work. Part of the new program is a notification to customers. (our prior software did not do this). Once the situation was realized we did provide the tree injection service for you and to help with your inconvenience, we sent you a refund for the cost of the injection. As far as not removing the grindings from the ***** grinding, the estimate that you signed stated the following, "grinding of ***** 18 inches deep, to replant with no removal of grindings and no clean up per customer." This is what was discussed at the time of the estimate and what you agreed to when you signed the estimate and sent it back to us. We are happy to provide a copy of the signed estimate if anyone needs.Please again accept our sincerest apologies for this unfortunate situation. We tried calling you and even came to your home to try and speak with you to explain this situation. In the end we emailed our final communication to you.
