    We hired CWM to do a Deep Clean in our home. After the cleaners left, we did a walk through and was appalled at how bad of a job was done. I immediately emailed them with pictures, and surprisingly got a call back within the hour of the email being sent, they apologized and said they would make it right by either coming back to get the deep clean done or reduce the price they charged us. It's been 10 days and total silence. I took pictures of how disappointing it was to pay a lot of money for a deep clean, when the house was not deep cleaned at all. The floors were not scrubbed, the vanity was super dusty, the outside of the cabinets was not cleaned. Cobwebs on the stairs were not dusted. It was a terrible cleaning job, and I would not recommend dealing with this company again. this is so disappointing. I thought they would make right, but their service is as poor as the job that was done.

    First and foremost, we are sorry that you are disappointed in your service with us. As you said, we did contact you almost immediately after we learned about your dissatisfaction and quality of the service. I offered to either come back and fix the areas that you mentioned or send you back a partial refund. You opted for the partial refund of $50. However, we sent you a check for $75, which is more than you requested. We received no communication from you, so we assumed you had received the check. We then became alerted of this review and reached out to you three different times to seek a resolution. We did receive one voicemail from you and tried to respond numerous times. After your voicemail, we checked with our bank and the check was never cashed. Therefore in good faith, we sent you the partial refund of $75, via venmo. There has been no response from you in quite some time. We do feel like we did everything to try to resolve this with you. 

    As far as the quality of our service, our cleaners spent a combined total of over 11 hours at your home. They cleaned to the best of their ability. After looking at the pictures that you sent and talking to your cleaners, it appears that the spots missed on your cupboards are actually paint spots that we are not able to remove, due to potential insurance liability. During your cleaning, one of your cleaners hand scrubbed your kitchen floor for 30 minutes trying to get it as clean as possible. This is not something we normally do, therefore she did make her best effort. Unfortunately, we did miss the vanity, which we deeply apologize for. The cleaners do believe that they removed all the cobwebs in your home and did not see a photo from you referencing the cobwebs. 

    We as a company have very high standards, as it can be shown by our reviews on our ******** page. We have made every attempt to try to make this right with you. We appreciate your feedback.
