    My wife has worked for ****** for 13 years. When we received a quote for replacing our HVAC system, I joking asked," Does ****** have discount for HVAC?" That is how we got in touch with Kettle Moraine. We had a little more than 2 weeks to get this done to qualify for federal and state incentives. Jay ***** made this the easiest decision to make! He worked with us and responded promptly. He saved us money by investigating and applying every possible discount and rebate. Comparison with competitors pointed everything to Kettle Moraine. Another factor was that any time I had called, a pleasant knowledgeable person answered every question and concern I had! Thanks again to Jay and crew. And to know that they are a complete home repair operation insures that they will be hearing from me when needed!

    They advised they could fix anything, didn’t even try. Just looked at manufacture date. Said it wasn’t worth it. Didn’t even try to light it. Last tech had it started. Didn’t even try.

    Called several companies many of which said they couldn't come out for a diagnostic look for 8 hours. It was winter! We had no heat! Kettle Moraine team said they could be out in an hour! The problem was diagnosed by Jeremy very quickly nd efficiently. He explained every detail, showed us pictures of the interior of the unit. answered our questions, offered options to replace the furnace. We selected a furnace and on Monday the team came to install, Dan, Jake and Harley. They got right at it--no music, no personal cell phone calls, no lunch. They worked straight through from 9:00a.m-1;30 and it was installed and producing heat. All were totally professional, well trained and very customer service orientated. They even like dogs! Imagine that! Kettle Moraine is the "Real Deal!" Plus, their T.V. commercials project a very positive, solid and fun theme!!

    Excellent work and friendly folks But watch out for quotes and Get It In Writing from them. We had work done with a verbal quote and after installation there was a 4% difference to the agreed and was no added labor or parts.

    I’m so happy I originally chose Kettle Moraine Heating. I bought my house 10 years ago and had them come and clean furnace and air conditioner. I purchased the peace of mind package. For the last ten years I have one that. Bill B has been the best technician I could have asked for. Trustworthy, as a former naval service member , timely and his opinion on the products was honest. He uses the same products he services. This year he discovered my heat exchanger was cracked somewhere and that it was not functioning evenly. That same day I got a new furnace. Everyone worked together , were kind efficient and in the case of the electrician went beyond why he was here. I am more than pleased. Very thankful The office, Samantha, followed up afterwards twice. Customer service was amazing. This is the way business should be conducted. Here comes winter. Thankfully I’m ready.

    I really liked the service man. He was honest, straight forward and very through. He did a very nice job and totally cleaned up everything. I was impressed. We also had a nice conversation and he gave me very beneficial tips and suggestions for the future. I wouldn't go with anyone else besides Kettle Moraine in the future and would recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning maintenance.

    My mother's house needed a furnace replacement. We called on Kettle Moraine Heating, since they'd done such a great job for us in the past. The furnace was replaced the next morning. Our installation specialist, Scott did a great job. He was on time, courteous and neat. The carpeting was covered from the front door to the bottom of the stairs. They did an excellent job cleaning up and explained the warranty options. The Lennox furnace was very affordable and came in under the price that was initially quoted. We trust Kettle Moraine and won't call anyone else!
