    Bentley from Patch Tech is a meticulous man who takes pride in his work. So we were surprised when his first application to our garage floor bubbled after the first year. He diagnosed the issue as a lack of a vapor barrier. He reapplied the product with the vapor barrier this time. Honoring the warranty, he only charged us for the new vapor barrier, which impressed us considering he re-did a third of the floor. I'm sure he left a lot of money on the table that he could have made on other jobs. But he was determined to spend numerous days at our house making sure every bubble was repaired. We only wish he would have mentioned the vapor barrier the first time so we could have avoided the second time. But as Bentley told us, the 15% added to the original estimate may have caused us to go with someone else who would not have added the vapor barrier and not honored the warranty. He's probably right. We highly recommend Patch Tech.
