    After a series of strange home computer events, I telephonically contacted Geek MS Solutions () on SEP 17. Based on their recommendations, I purchased a Geek computer help package/ McAfee security plan via Pay Pal. After numerous phone calls requesting account documentation, as of today (SEP 25), all that I have received is a receipt from Pay Pal and NOTHING ELSE. My existing account at McAfee (as of today) has not been augmented to reflect the security plan that I purchased via Geek MS. I request a refund of the $299 I paid Geek MS because of their poor service.
