    I have about 200 emails since July 2023 back and forth with this scammer. ********************** It has been reported multiple times. This "company" should not be able to continue to operate. The longer they are willingly not shut down, the more money they're stealing!! I received the knock off junk hula hoop back in July and instantly went to return it. I have been told about every two weeks since then we have processed your refund and you should receive it within 48 hours, or 3 days, 6 days, 5 days, literally every time frame you could think of. I am trying to take them to court, but they won't send me any legal or business information. I have requested a W9 about a hundred times and they refuse to send it.

    I purchased an infinity hoop at the end of June. I received the order on the 18th of July and on the 19th emailed requesting a return. After a few emails back and forth on the 22nd we agreed for a return. On the 26th I reached out again because I hadn't heard from their returns department. On the 27th I was told I would receive a return label and a refund. I never received the return label. On the 28th I was emailed saying I would be issued a refund in **** business days. On September 22nd I reached back out because I had not received the label or the refund. They sent a return email saying they were sorry, and they were running behind schedule on refunds and to give them **** more business days. It is now October 19th and still have not received the return label or a refund.

    Ordered hula hoop on on 6/20/23, received product and realized it was a cheaper version of what I needed and asked for refund and plan to return product. Have sent multiple messages since July 1st 2023 and have never received resolution. The only response I receive is that they are working on refund.

    I purchased an infinity loop on June 3rd 2023 online for $54.95 and never received the item. I reached out to the company on June 26th ****************************************************************** I informed them I did not get it and asked for a replacement. They responded with I'll get back with you. After several inquiries about the status of the case and getting the same reply, I asked for a refund. They finally agreed to issue a refund on July 22, 23 however I have yet to receive that refund. Can you please help.

    On 6-9-2023 I purchased a Hula Hoop from this company. It arrived at my house when i was on vacation I opened it on 06/27/23 and found the product broken. I emailed the company that day requesting a return and refund. they have been giving me a run around ever since. At first they told me things I could do to make the broken product work finally on 6/28 they said i would be contacted to get my refund. they keep telling me i will get the refund in 5-7 business days i have gotten this same response on the following dates :6/28/2023, 7/4/2023,7/5/2023,7/12/2023 7/19/2023 7/28/2023 8/15/2023 on 8/23 i was told i would hav ethe refund in 2 business days i still do not have my refund.

    Paid 60 dollars for a fit hula hoop. It's been. 2 months since I've been issued a refund. They have scammed 4 other people sending a fake fit hula hoop. Then customer service or the scammer keeps giving you the run around. They shipped Me a fraudulent fit hula hoop and falsely advertised the pictures on it.
