    React elite changed my daughters tumbling day and time without letting us know. We showed up for class beginning of November and was told she no longer had class Wednesdays and will need to come Mondays. We told them that does not work and will have to drop the class. We were told she would be removed. Since then we have been charged both months. I have been in contact with them claiming she has been dropped but has not and continuing to charge our card. I have done everything on our end to drop her and they are continuing to illegally charge my credit card. They are now not returning phone calls, messages, our emails.

    Hi, I'm reaching out to you because of a unresolved dispute against REACT ELITE CHEER located at ********************************************************** I provided a **** card for a one time charge back in October of 2022. My step daughter was living with ** at the time so we paid for cheer although her mother was court ordered to do so. When she moved out we messaged the owner of the gym **** and he stated that we were under contract. No where in the contract does it state that he can make unlimited charges to my card without any receipts or proof of what the charge was. Two days before the $619.08 charge was made (charge was made on 3-22-23 we asked them to remove the credit card as the child was no longer living with **. He basically said see you in court and talk to my attorney. I have still never received a receipt and I still have no clue what the charge was for. After the request was made to remove payment her dad *********************** and myself were removed from all communications and cheer portal. I do not feel like it's fair for them to keep charging my card or pay the $619 for a fee I was not responsible for. This gym has been very unprofessional and will not work this out with ** saying too bad you signed a contract. No where in the contract does it state unlimited withdrawals with no proof of purchase, receipt or anything. Just a random charge. I have a dispute in with my credit card company right now.I've attached the document stating the mother *************************** is responsible for paying for cheer.
