    I've had a ******* Basic lock on a safe since February 2014, but time marches on, and it's started to fail. I went to their web site to find some basic information, and then *********************** reached out to me, and was a wealth of information! He rapidly determined the problem and made a fix recommendation. He is a great representative for the company!

    Got my safe earlier than expected. ******** has been so wonderful to work with!! My safe was damaged in shipping (delivery guy dropped it!) and she worked through my issues to get a replacement safe and help me ship back the damaged safe. So thankful for her kindness and **************** of my issues. I can't recommend this company enough. Oh - and the safe is beautiful! Exactly what I ordered and perfect for what I need!

    ******** S was EXCEPTIONAL in her customer service. Safe arrived in great shape but then I needed to have it shipped to a different home in another state. Called ******** and she went far above my expectations to arrange for shipping. Stayed in communication and gave me an extremely fair rate. If I were to buy another product and she sells in... that's where I'm going because more than the unit itself is the service behind the sale. Thanks ******** - you did great!

    I ordered a floorsafe on the 20th of July. It was supposed ship on the 7th of Aug. It did not. I sent and email and got a response a few days later that it will ship on the 12th. It did not ship on the 12th and no response from the safe and vault store. Very poor customer service. At this point I am not even sure they are legit at all. For all I know they may not even be a real store. This is what you get when you go with the cheapest seller.

    Thank you for your review. I'm sorry there has been a delay with your order. The floor safe you ordered is built to order by the manufacturer and is not a stocked item. The manufacturer was behind a few days on production, but the safe was ready to ship on Friday, 8/12. It was just waiting for a shipping label. Unfortunately, because you filed a chargeback, we need to wait for the chargeback to settle before we can ship your item out. If you still want the floor safe, please call me at ********************.     Funny how after I put in the claim for not getting what I ordered it suddenly is ready to ship but you have to wait till we straighten out the dispute. Funny how that works. **************** is not this company's strong point. Cheap prices do not always mean quality service.

    Shipped broken merchandise.Demanded I seek resolution through 3rd party at my expense.Refused to exchange merchandise.Disputed charge.IMHO - Dishonest, disrespectful, disgraceful.AVOID!

    Thank you for your review. Your safe arrived with a broken key. We did offer to send a replacement key at no charge, however, the manufacturer does require that you fill out a key form and provide your ID so they can verify you are the legal owner of the safe. This is for security purposes. Since you didn't want to provide that information, we offered to take the safe back and refund you in full. If you would like a replacement, you can place a new order once the refund has been completed. Since you filed a chargeback, we cannot complete the refund until the chargeback is settled. We did receive the safe back, but are waiting for the credit card company to settle the dispute. Thank you for your business, we appreciate t.

    Thank you for your reply. The Lightweight Fire ********************** Chest arrived with broken key. You offered to replace the key ONLY if I provide a copy of my ID and a notarized document containing detailed personal information to a 3rd party at my expense. I am not bound by any 3rd party policies. You offered a refund only AFTER I disputed the charges with the credit card company. As agreed, I returned the chest with the shipping label you provided. You accepted delivery, but you have not processed a refund.
