      I purchased another iTraq on June 11, 2022, after having purchased one last year for my Godmother who has dementia. The one she had last year worked perfectly until May 2022, and that is why I purchased another one. This new iTrac never seemed to work properly from the beginning, and since the iTraq company has no phone number in which you can call to get help, I began the "chat" process on June 16, 2022, to get assistance with it. I have had to have "chat" sessions numerous times, in July and August, and although the "chat" person says that "the device is working properly," it has not been working properly. After spending countless hours of time with the "chat" process, I contacted them by the "chat" process on August 15, 2022 to see if I could get a replacement or refund for this device. Their policy is that there are NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS AFTER 21 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT! This is shameful! I also purchased one year of the reporting plan, and that too has NO REFUNDS! Again, this is shameful and unheard of! This company is preying on those who are trying to help those who are elderly, disabled, and have dementia along with those other individuals who could be helped by this product. It would be great if I could get a REFUND for the purchase of the iTraq device and the year-long reporting plan, but the person I have been "chatting" with does not and will not do what I asked. Therefore, I was left with no other choice, but to report this company to the BBB. Hopefully, this report will keep someone else from having to deal with this issue in the manner I have had to!
