    Total disappointment. We are a small church. The rep was new. Gave false information. I won't say on purpose but it had us make a decision based on his lack of knowledge. We did not realize we were paying almost $3000 to build our own site. Then you don't have phone numbers to contact your support staff. All via email. We advised them that we did not have tech people in place. The church was rebuilding from *****. Just a waste of money. **** never recommend Subsplash

    Subsplash is good at Apps (#1) and Websites. We have been with them since 2019. But, since we have switched over to Subsplash ONE two years ago, we have had more problems and issues than ever before. ????Subsplash over promises and under-delivered and the reason we are now leaving a comment here is after mutiple times of giving Subsplash, they have not changed or improved. Working on a Subsplash platform has caused more problems for me as a pastor (and bi-vocational one for many years), every week as I am stepping away from things were working on only to spend 1-2 hours troubleshooting issues and our team and I are unfortunately, considering leaving them. (We feel like they are still trying to figure everything out, pioneer their way in everything besides tha app and ***** has become very confusing for everyone.)Our experience has been: Forms don't work, Subsplash LIVE has been up and down, check-ins have had big issues, group finder can't be organized in alphabetical order, so many issues with people creating profiles on the app and then double profiles being created every week, management side has to be entered in several different places, no auto workflow when someone gets entered into the system (so we have to craft personal messages to every new visitor, which is absolutely unsustainable), we can't schedule SMS texts (how simple is that) or attach pictures (which we always could do with **************** volunteer scheduling has been a headache, and things that should be simple are not. We have put in so many requests for simple things and basically hear "that is a request that has been requests and may be developed some day. Subsplash ONE was way over sold to us and me/our team is very frustrated...just oversold.

    We have been using Subsplash for 4 years now! We have loved using their platform, it has helped us greatly improve our digital engagement. Their staff is great to work with and their platform helps us as a staff team to make our lives easier. We use Subsplash for Giving, our Website, and our Mobile App, overall it has been a great experience.

    Subsplash has been a game changer for our church! When my husband and I stepped into lead our current church they were using numerous tech platforms and paying dozens of different bills just to manage the day-to-day needs of offering digital engagement options to the church. Switching to Subsplash not only improved the experience for our staff/volunteers (one platform to manage and use), but it also offered a much better experience for our community. We use Subsplash for our giving, mobile app, groups, media hosting/delivery, live streaming, events, and so much more! Would recommend them everyday of the week.

    Our church is a large church in *********, ****. We used Subsplash mobile app for years and tried the process of canceling our service with Subsplash. We even removed the application from the ****** and Apple play stores. We went through the cancellation meeting and I have documented communications from myself and the Subsplash Customer Success Manager in August 2022. Not only did they not cancel our subscription but I communicated with my business office and noticed that the service charged more money on the billing cycle. I see why the rating is an "F". I will call the main office and hopefully, after this last attempt, we can finally cancel this service. I would not suggest this service to any of your 500+ church community.

    Our church moved to this app recently. I was paying bills and doing my tithe a day ahead of our paycheck deposit. I changed the date for the Subsplash withdrawal to the day we got paid, but they took it out the same day and overdrafted our account which caused a charge of $28!! Even though I took a screenshot of the Subsplash page with the correct date, I doubt we will ever recoup that $$ as the bank says it's not their problem. In a day where people's budgets are tight this was totally uncalled for!! Not happy our church switched. ??
