    I placed an order for two items on 7/31/23. I did not receive my order and reached out through email. They responded and wanted to know if I would wait since it was not in stock. I wasn't aware of an inventory problem. I still did not receive my order and reached out again by email. Email was used because their customer service number goes straight to recording. This time they appologized and told me that it would be processed. I have sent other emails for a refund, but have not heard back from them. My order number is #***** for the amount of $630.09. I would appreciate any help with this matter.

    I ordered 2 propane tanks from this business in April of 2023. It was made to order and could take up to 12 months to ship. I contacted business in April of 2024. They said it should be shipped to me the end of April or beginning of May. I still have not received them and I am unable to get a red from company since April.

    On 06/06/24, I order RV parts from High Sky RV parts. On 06/07/24, they charged my CC, $141.45. According to my bank, the charge was manually entered in *******, CH Multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone are useless. Their voice mail says they are out of the office until further notice and no response from the vendor.I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully the bank can get my money back.Do not order from this company.

    Ordered these items about 10 months+ ago. I cancelled them 7 months ago.******, the sales rep told me she would refund. Haven't seen my refund for 3 months. Talked to their several suppliers. Found out that what they do is *********************** to pay ****.They are still running their website. Someone needs to stop their fraudulent business.     I ordered an awning roller several months ago. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company by phone and email between the time I ordered this and now. I would like my money refunded. $813.26

    I believe I may have ordered from a fraudulent business. On May 12th, I ordered a part for my RV. A microwave. The website stated a delivery date of 5/22/23. I have called this business multiple times and they've answered only once and provided me false drop-ship information. My order has not arrived, no one will return my calls/e-mails. I believe I've been scammed by this company. Order number: *****. Total: $ ****** They will not provide me delivery confirmation.

    Ordered a part ( 2 side furrion markers and cameras). Was told I would be notified when shipped. I have sent multiple emails, an d made multiple calls. I never have received a return or any other email. I keep getting told all reps are busy leave your name number and order # and we will call you back. Never received a return call. If this business can not speak with me and cannot deliver the items I ordered then I will accept nothing less than a full refund.

    I bought an Awning room through Amazon from them in December 2021. I got the wrong size but didn't know it until May 2022 because I had no reason to check it during winter months. When I complained, they would not offer an exchange, but offered a refund about $100 less than what I paid. No deal. I searched for an extension panel for this room and found one offered through High Sky RV parts out of **********, ** . The price and shipping were ridiculous but to use this room I had to order it. It said 4-6 weeks which would have been the middle of June. After a number of attempts to contact High Sky I finally got through. They told me they would check on it. I told them I needed this by August for a planned camping trip. I still have not received my item. Since I should never have had to but this item, I would like to receive free of charge and soon. I have not been able to contact Carefree about this. My only contact is through *********** and I have not been satisfied. Basically this complaint is for both Carefee of ******** and High Sky RV parts out of **********, **.

    So my guess is that High Sky is a company that sells Carefree Products.  I believe that the issues that you are having are with High Sky .  I would need for them to reach out to me so that I can find an order that they placed on your behalf.  I would be happy to try and find out how I can get the part to them for you.     High sky told me they have reached out several times. The real issue was when I ordered the awning enclosure off of Amazon that you shipped me the wrong size. I received it on the winter so I never opened the package until spring. When I found it was wrong I was told it was too late to exchange. I was offered a refund of over $100 less than what I paid. I rejected that and tried to reach out to you for an extension panel but never got a response. I then found the panel on High Sky web site, ordered it because I want to use the room. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks. It was supposed to arrive mid June. I still have not received it. This is an item I never should have had to order because you sent me the wrong size. Man up and send me what I ordered and a refund.
