    Hello, the owner of this business called my company over 8 times over two days harassing, berating and yelling at employees for whoever answered and left voicemails. At this point he is calling and hanging up without leaving voicemails to harass employees and the company. He has also threatened to report us to the **************** Bar, which as attorneys we take very seriously. He gave us an invoice September 6th and demanded payment that day via paypal which our company doesn't accommodate. We mailed him a check the 11th which we informed him of, and he has continued to call. We are asking for payment refund of the time he has wasted of billing employees in the amount of $560.00.     The previous response was not complete and I thought it would take me to a "next" screen.

    On September 12th, 2023 I filed a complaint against ***************** PS, **** as shown below;

    Said complaint was for breach of contract, failure to pay as promised and unethical conduct.  Given that they have responded with their own "totally bogus" and unethical complaint in which they make a completely false claim that they are owed monies for me simply trying to collect the money they already owe me is UNETHICAL and ILLEGAL and I challenge them to produce a signal signed agreement or purchase order showing where I HAVE EVER hired their unethical law firm for ANYTHING!

    As I had already told them that they were FIRED as a vendor and that I would never do business with them again, they have only proven my judgement correct in that they are not only incredibly unethical but also show that not only does their staff apparently have real challenges telling the truth, but that senior management has no problem telling lies to try to cover up their short comings.

    I have recently received a check for my payment of $200.00 from them, dated September 11th, 2023 but it magically did not arrive from ******* to my ******* address (a mere 60 miles) until get ready, September 21st, 2023.

    ***************** or as I now call them "*************" is the type of law firm that gives all law firms and attorneys a bad name.  I'm so glad that I'll never be doing another job for them regardless of how bad they beg me.  They are simply not worth doing business with at any price.

    As far as their made-up fake fee that they would like refunded, I strongly suggest that they print out several copies of their fake invoice and then jamb it up "where the sun don't shine" as at least it would be in the proper place for anything from their firm.

    After 38 years of being in the process service business and 19 years of owning this firm I can say without a doubt that ***************** is the worst law firm I've ever dealt with and I've done business in every state, territory and many foreign countries.  None as bad as they idiots.
